Phenomenal place to enjoy a Maui visit. Great amenities to enjoy the beach and transportation to get to some popular areas.

We checked in on Wednesday and immediately noticed the room was not properly cleaned. There was hair everywhere; on the dressers, all over the bathroom floor, and in the sink. I called and requested someone to come sweep, and when the worker arrived, even he commented on the condition and apologized. By that point we had already unpacked, otherwise I would have requested a new room. That evening when I went to shower, the shower itself was still visibly dirty, the floors were sticky, and there was no body wash provided. I went downstairs and requested that the room be deep cleaned the next day. I was told that would be taken care of, even though I was informed rooms are only serviced every other day. When we returned Thursday afternoon, the room had not been cleaned and there was still no body wash. I went downstairs again and was told someone would be sent up with body wash and to clean the room. After waiting an hour, my husband had to go back downstairs a second time just so we could get body wash and shower. Someone eventually brought the body wash, but the room was never cleaned. When we arrived back in the room today (Friday), the room had been serviced, but it was clearly not deep cleaned as requested. There was still hair in the sink, the shower remained dirty, and the body wash was simply left sitting on the floor instead of properly replaced. I had also accidentally spilled sand from my beach bag, and the sand was still on the floor, which makes it clear the room was not vacuumed. At that point, I took it upon myself to clean the bathroom and mop the floors with a wet towel. I am extremely disappointed in the lack of follow-through and care in addressing this issue. Multiple requests were made, and while apologies were offered, the actual problem was never properly resolved.

Do not book if it’s raining!
We stayed at the bungalows, good view thin walls… All bungalows were remodeled but gives off cheap materials and vibe. I originally had a room in the hotel but a young lady from check in influenced me to upgrade to the bungalows. Worst decision ever. Not even worth a penny. We stayed 2 nights, both heavily raining. No dry way of getting to your car or lobby, NOBODY ANSWERS OUR ROOM CALLS TO THE LOBBY!!!! Nothing that we needed was taken care of because of this. We were promised a golf cart to and from our room if it rains since my mom was not feeling so well to run to the parking lot in the storm. We had to so many times as they didn’t answer the phone which for a $500 a night room is crazy low customer service. Do not book the bungalows if it is raining! Parking is $40 per day which is crazy, vale is $45. Breakfast not included but delicious thankfully. Because of the rain the events at the hotel stopped, no music, no hula show, no outside dining, was cold so no swimming… I won’t be going back that’s for sure. Worse $1000 we’ve ever spent, it will haunt me for a while.

Somebody changed my reservation to one bed instead of two and since we got out of the power, which means no lights for 24 hours, I able to use the elevator. I have to walk seventh floor up even though it to my health issues. It was terrible experience than ever show any remorse or help to resolve the issue with only one bed for two people.

Beach bungalow with an oceanfront view
We stayed in the ocean front beach bungalows in February of 2021. We just had another wonderful stay in February 2026, and there have been further updates. We appreciated the Keurig coffee machines, pods, and creamer in the room on a little coffee cart. The Keurig machines are not for single cups of coffee as many hotels have, and the water reservoir accommodates multiple cups of coffee. The views from the large lanai are wonderful. The lanai has a couch, 2 chairs, and a table so you can easily enjoy a cocktail or coffee on your lanai.
