Horrible hotel. Max. 2 stars.
They were renovating the hotel, but didn’t inform us about that. When we should have known we had booked another hotel. The staff didn’t ask if we liked our stay. The breakfast is the worst we ever had. The breakfastroom is also the worst ever seen. Room was clean and outdated. This is not a Hilton. Terrible.

The decline and fall of the morning breakfast
UGH! The free breakfast in the morning is clearly on the DECLINE. As someone who has stayed at this Embassy hotel many times, I can tell you that management has BIG-TIME dropped the ball on the morning breakfast. It just isn't as good as it once was. First, the "pancake maker machine" is out of order, and the management's answer to this problem is just to throw a towel over the machine and to decide to just NOT offer pancakes, waffles, or french toast for breakfast anymore. Ugh! Second, the sizable industrial-size milk dispensing machine is out of order. Management's answer to this problem is to turn the machine to the side and offer gallons of whole milk on ice for you to pour a glass, but, sadly, management has decided to no longer offer 2% milk or fat-free milk. Double UGH! Third, management "ran out" of coffee cup lids for their paper coffee. When I asked for a lid from back in storage, they told me they had none, and they just weren't sure when the next shipment was going to arrive. Triple Ugh! Heck, I told them that I could order lids on Amazon and get them the next day. Fourth, the toasters have broken knobs/levers, and they also give off very little heat. Honestly, nothing is sadder than watching a dad with two little kids hover around a broken toaster and wait 6 minutes to get a slightly browned piece of toast. Quadruple Ugh! Dear God! Order a few new toasters on Amazon and have them delivered overnight, Embassy management people! It's time to get your act together. Paying customers deserve a lot better from a place that calls itself a resort hotel and charges a sizable resort fee.

DONT STAY HERE
Do not stay at this hotel. It is currently under major renovation. There is no mention of this construction on the web site. They only give you notice when you check in. The notice says there will be painting. Not true. There is constant drilling all day. The work should start at 9am but it starts at 8:15 am. There is no compensation at all. All the front desk says is that they are sorry. When I checked in the hotel tries to up sell you into an oceanview room knowing that there is this major construction. The work is going to last at least until April 2025. I have stayed here 4 times this year. This will be my last time. Again dont waste your money find another hotel. The front desk staff is very nice. Management needs to be more responsive.

Noisiest Vacation Ever
The hotel is under extensive concrete restoration. Between the sand blasting, drilling, power washing and vibrations there is absolutely no chance to relax and enjoy the sun. There was no mention on the hotel website about this work and it was a complete shock to arrive to this unpleasantness. I would not recommend this hotel at this point I time. And no compensation is offered. Not much of a vacation

Excellent ambassador Theresa. Hourigan . She’s very professional and relates to people so well.
Theresa Hourigan , The Hilton ambassador was awesome. She’s very genuine and knowledgeable about the Hilton company . Deerfield Hilton embassy suites is a great location. We did not get to enjoy the beach for it was overcast and very windy.
