Apr 23, 2025Check your bill for unauthorized charges
I reserved one night here coming off a cruise. Since I had an 8pm flight, I was only using the room for the day...mostly just pool use. The girl who checked me in at the front desk said that my queen room wasn't ready but she had a larger king room she could waive upgrade fee on since I wasn't staying long. Days later I noticed I was overcharged on my credit card so I called to find out what the $40 fee was. They told me it was for the upgraded room. I explained through multiple emails that she said she would waive fee but the front desk supervisor, Jennifer, refuses to refund the charge. I guess I'll have to dispute it with my credit card. Horrible customer service. DO NOT stay here.

Lousy Customer Service
Front desk was somewhat helpful when 5 couples checked in and tried to get early check in. Be ware of over charging of pool bar. Upon trying to resolve the problem a few days later the manger was far from helpful. Make sure you check your bill carefully. Be sure to handle there immediately.

We booked this hotel in preparation for an early flight the next day out of MIA. All we were looking for as a convenient place to sleep close to the airport. We were surprised and delighted by the 5 star service of the staff here including the front desk staff, concierge and exceptional restaurant wait staff Samuel. Everyone we encountered seemed to go out of their way to welcome and serve us. I am more accustomed to this level of service at a 5 star hotel.

One of the worst Hilton properties we've ever stayed at. We stayed for five days—and I regret not checking the Trip Advisor reviews beforehand. The Hilton official website photos online are incredibly misleading; there's absolutely nothing exclusive about this place. It feels like a total scam and a blatant cash grab from the Hilton brand. The entire hotel is in desperate need of renovations. Would not recommend.

It’s an airport hotel so set your expectations accordingly. Above expectations were the very cheerful front desk supervisor and the collection of packages from the concierge. There is a $5 per package charge but in return they actually log the tracking number and store your packages properly. Things that were less impressive included the paper thin walls and the fact that the app checked me into, and gave me a digital key to, a room that was already occupied. An unwelcome shock when I opened the door and a red flag about security generally. And finally, the airport shuttle. It gets full so be downstairs early when leaving the hotel if you don’t want to risk being stranded. It also gets full when it’s picking up from the airport which means either you pay for an uber or stand on the sidewalk with your luggage sweating for another 30 mins.
