Saw a few negative reviews, so was apprehensive but that was unnecessary. Given a huge suite as an upgrade, bed really comfortable. Bar is nice, load of stools for sitting at the bar or chairs and tables if they are preferred. Food was surprisingly good quality and fair price, often airport hotel food/drink is expensive and poor quality. Servers were very hardworking, one of the guy reeled the whisky menu from the top of his head (they weren't listed in the bar menu), very impressive. Pool area looked large, load of sunloungers and outdoor bar, however it was raining the morning we could have used it. Decor is a little dated and you could hear some plane noise, but it's an airport hotel so those things are expected.

Jan 13, 2026Basic Standards Not Met
I didn’t complain when the drawers were so unaligned that they would not close and I jammed my finger trying to close it. I didn’t complain when housekeeping did not come in the first time even though my sign was up waiting. I didn’t complain when I put a water bottle in the fridge but when I grabbed it was all sticky bc the fridge was disgusting. I did ask for housekeeping at 11:30a the next day when I left my room plus put the sign up & at 10:30p when I got back they had not cleaned by room. I called to get towels & they told me 10m. At midnight I still did not have towels. I tried to call multiple time from my cell (bc the room phone didn’t work) & NO ONE WOULD ANSWER. I didn’t complain at 7a in the morning when it was clear it was clear that both service and communication had completely broken down. To be fair they did take a percentage of the room rate off when I DID COMPLAIN at 7a the next morning but I would have preferred a pleasant clean stay.

Jan 11, 2026Horrible, Hallways are beaten up, staff unprofessional, security impersonating official Miami PD
I was accused of theft by the Hilton Hotel at 12:15 AM and illegally detained extracted from my room and locked out. I was escorted to the elevator to ensure I could not access the elevator. They also illegally extracted another guest on the 6th floor accusing him of the same thing. They did not text or try to call. They banged on my door like a swat team and left the door open until I was dressed, then escorted me off the floor to ensure I couldn't return. There was nothing wrong with my credit card but they never the less did it 'essentially trying to play cops' and acted as if they were the Miami PD. They were not and had no legal authority to do what they did. I was then informed by the manager and front desk staff there was an issue with the computer system so the bigger question is why was I evicted and denied freedom of passage. I was able to return to the room but got no sleep As they were escorting me they were saying 'we are going to go get the guy in 626 and extract him yet (I don't know what they mean by extract but I used it to describe my situation. The poor man had babies who were terrorized by the swat team type aggressive behaviour. They had no right to do this to me and should have charges filed against them immediately. They thought it was funny to pull people from rooms without justifiable cause. Nor should they! If this was the case then the Miami PD should have been callled to do this and do it legally.

Perfect hotel first airport and cruises
Great hotel close to airport ,used this hotel for a night before going on a cruise it was perfect ,that good booked again for this year but staying a couple of night so really looking forward to the stay .

Jan 05, 2026Shuttle to Port Only Runs Certain Days
This was a great location near Miami airport. The pool was heated and my son loved it. I enjoyed the hot tub. They also had patio games. There is a nice walking path that we enjoyed. I was disappointed as we waited at the airport for the shuttle and it kept missing us, or just filling up. The instructions for catching the shuttle were not clear and we ended up having to call to even track it. We ended up giving up and taking an uber. I booked this hotel for the shuttle and the day of our cruise it was not running. It only runs on certain days so be sure to check that.
