    DO NOT come here!

    We're here now. This is our 3rd time here. We used to love this place. They sold out of the rooms we were supposed to get. A queen size bed with a trendy ocean view. Now, they're downgrading our room to 2 twin beds and located in a different area. We have been at the check in counter for two hours trying to resolve this issue. We had to involve our travel agent and our credit card, customer service department. We have talked to 3 representatives from this pathetic resort. The staff is absolutely horrible. They gave us the option to pay more for the original room we booked. Why would I pay more for a room I already reserved and I already paid for? This place is a joke. Stay clear of this resort. It's gone downhill. They literally do not care about customer service and will treat you like crap. This is our 4th time here and I will NEVER come back to this unprofessional resort.

    Sadly Temptation Resort has gone down hill very rapidly.

    Lots of changes in this resort over the last couple of months. They are under new management or something like that. Not sure if they are still owned by the same company that owns Desire, but this place is rock-bottom compared to Desire now. What happened to our favorite resort?

    Don’t go to Temptations until they smarten up

    Cutting of good staff closing of two restaurants in a night so there’s nowhere to go and eat buffet not happening during the night. I would like to dress up and get served for dinner thank you. Pool games changed not taken care of their staff taking things away from Premier members and beneficiaries up charges on tables for the Club should not have to pay for a table to go to the club up charge on this up charge on that that’s all they wanna do money money, money money, grabbing church more than they should ever charge for a member when they have already paid for their membership and then the fees have gone up almost doubled in the past few years that we’ve been going out of all go back. It’s a definite one star from me.

    This place is going downhill!

    So, this will be the first time I wrote a review while still staying here. This place is going so far downhill so fast. They are making changes that are not in line with what this resort is based on. They are destroying the staff and the moral here. Nothing is what it was before and what contractually you signed up for. As premier members they are chopping away at what we are contractually obligated to have but the cost and time to fight isn’t worth the bang v/s buck. Do not do a membership here, do not fall for it. Do not book here, find another resort to actually enjoy your time. We have been coming for 9 years now and boy have things changed. The management and owners here need a true wake up call and need to remember why their father built and hold those values and don’t forget the customer first. The let’s play attitude!

    Good food! Fun! Only issue is birds around the pool are a nuances

    This was our 5th visit, we had a good time, lots of laughs! I'm a people watcher, so this place kept me busy watching the people!! Food was great. Tried all restaurants, never had a bad meal. Rooftop pool and bar great for lunch, All the staff are great, happy to help at any given time, bartenders, waiters, even check in staff!! 2 issues- the birds around the pool so annoying, taking food, pooping in the water!! Grosssssss. Also the rooms have a musty smell. We had 2 Rooms and both smell after the AC ran. I realize it's the Caribbean and dampness is a given but wondering if AC should Be cleaned
