  I love it here

  Frequent visitor, love it here. Food could be a little better and the staff harasses you to join. They are relentless. Other than that, you'll love it too

  Spring break for adults!

  Temptation always brings the energy, and our recent stay from May 8th to 11th was no exception. The vibe is consistently upbeat, and the party atmosphere never lets up. Every visit feels like a celebration! The Playmakers were fantastic at getting people involved and keeping the fun going. While the team has changed with each of our four trips, which makes it a little harder to build lasting connections, their enthusiasm and effort still made a big impact. We chose to dine at Sutra every evening—not the hibachi section, just regular table service—and it was phenomenal each night. The food was consistently delicious, and the service was exceptional. Jones stood out yet again, creating a warm, top-tier dining experience. Gustavo also went above and beyond to ensure our meals were extra enjoyable. Both brought a genuine sense of hospitality that made a lasting impression. A special shoutout to Lillian and Mike, the pool butlers, who always took great care of us. They secured our favorite pool bed and made sure we had shaded seating—super helpful since we tend to burn easily. Their attention and kindness truly elevated our stay. Our butler, Alex, also deserves praise for handling all our requests with efficiency and a positive attitude. Breakfast at Sea Flirt didn’t quite meet expectations this time. I’ve really enjoyed it in the past—especially for comfort options like sausage gravy on toast—but the new menu felt a bit underwhelming. Not a dealbreaker, but worth noting for returning guests. All in all, we had an amazing time and plan to return again. Temptation continues to be a one-of-a-kind experience that keeps us coming back!

  Decreasing enjoyment

  Going downhill. I've been visiting this hotel for a number of years and this was one of the less than great experiences I've had. Sat around the pool each day and was generally ignored by the pool wait staff despite them walking past several times I had to ask for a drink or get up and go to the bar to get one. The same is true of the bash staff as well. More and more the price is increasing and the service is decreasing. What was once something I looked forward to it is now increasingly trying to find a way to go back.

  Sergio de la Garza! - front desk!!!

  We have been visiting Temptation several times a year for a few years. The hotel itself is clean, well kept…should you need anything at all…the staff is overly accommodating. From our valet guys greeting us…to the champagne upon checking in. I don’t take the time to post reviews but I want to tell you about the amazing front desk team…Sergio de la Garza!!! We arrived early and left several hours late without any problems. In fact most hotels would have made us wait until proper check in and charged us for the later stay. But they went above and beyond helping us. I highly recommend Temptation on every level.

  The service and make tGuests he hotel amazing!

  I have been to temptation a few times but this was an amazing trip! I can see the work temptation is doing to constantly make the resort better. One thing I want to note is the playmakers! Pretty Boy, Paola, Chocolate, Cowboy, and Andy made my stay special and they made me feel at home. Every time they saw me they would say hello and have a conversation with me, checking to make sure I was having a great time. The cooks at the parties at night always have the best food, yes better than the restaurants. I often skipped meals and waited to eat at the party at night. I recommend getting to know the staff as it will make your time that much better! The guests that are there will also end up being your best friends for life! I will be going back!
