    Lovely. Our stay could not have been better in any way.

    We stayed one night in the B&B, which is located on a quiet,, tree-lined street a short walk from Congress Park. Our room was warm and cozy and spotlessly clean as were the common areas. The owners and staff were welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was the best I have ever had in a hotel or B&B. I could go on and on, but you just need to stay there and see for yourself.

    Cozy and comfortable place to stay!

    We really enjoyed our stay here. Nice large rooms, quiet, family atmosphere, excellent breakfast and hosts, everything was perfect! We look forward to staying again soon! I'd like to say an extra thank you to the hosts! My son forgot his backback with his school laptop and ipad after we checked out and we only realized it when we got back home in NYC. The host found it and shipped it back the next day! Thank you!

    Best BNB Ever Stayed In

    Immaculate, cozy and yet spacious. Best breakfast we have ever had. From the home made muffins to pumpkin pancakes and eggs Bob breakfast sandwich! Yum. Walkable to town. Very friendly staff and adorable corgi! We will make this our go-to accommodation for Saratoga Springs. Highly recommend!

    Saratoga Nightmare

    We checked into the hotel around 4pm. There was a major storm shortly after we moved in. All power was lost except the halls. After the storm, we went for a walk, and when we returned the power was still off, even at 8pm. Dark and useless room. We had business docs to work on as well as 1 medical piece of equipment needed. The front desk person the manager's mother both said if we check out 'of course we'll refund your money' NOPE. Had we know that we would have just left our stuff in there instead of moving out when we did, hoping the power would come back on. Instead, based on their assurance of a refund, we moved out to a hotel downtown with power. NO REFUND. NO RESPONSE after numerous attempts to contact the manager. Nothing. Hotels. com reached out. The B&B refused. NEVER recommending this again. And, NO we were not going to use the hall to use our equipment as suggested! Also poor parking; we had to park 2 buildings away at a restaurant. The front desk clerk was also a bit...salty, even upon our arrival. So- big NO to this place, and we are seniors that travel the country. With many relatives near the B&B. We've warned them and all their business associates to not stay there. Sometimes you have to understand you need to accommodate a customer, even if the event 'wasn't your fault' Consumer beware.....

    PERFECT for wedding weekend!!

    My family rented out the entire B&B for my wedding weekend. It was so amazing, words cannot describe how perfect it was. Beautiful places for pictures and gatherings. The rooms are so so nice and everything is very updated. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect!
