Paradise on Earth
Hammock Cove was the perfect island paradise we were looking for. The villa, the beach, the FOOD, the staff, and the amenities were excellent. The accommodations were private, quiet, clean, and comfortable. I highly recommend this resort for a honeymoon and/or babymoon. Our trip was both, and it was beyond perfect.

Luxurious but..
My wife and I stayed for 3 nights at this resort. There was a luxurious feel to the resort from the moment you entered through the security gate. The villa was spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed spending time at the beach where the service for water sports and drinks was very good, with certain members of staff regularly checking in. We ate in main restaurant and lighthouse and the food and staff were excellent. At breakfast the resort chef visited the table and talked enthusiastically about the food being offered including a beach bbq. We liked the upstairs lounge with the record player and selection of classic vinyl LPs (Beach Boys, Bob Marley, Duran Duran), along with pool table and giant magnetic wall scrabble. We were also well served at the Nobody knows rum bar where the server, originally from Philippines, took time to have a chat with us. The ambassador service felt a little intense and took time for us to adjust to; our pair of ambassadors were well intentioned making attempts to make our stay memorable. I think there is room for improvement. We had looked forward to eat in the steak restaurant and didn’t realise until too late that it was closed for the last two nights of our three night stay. Our vacation planner setting out our booking appeared oblivious to the fact we were leaving and was promoting events after we departed; I felt these should have been removed. The bbq was the biggest disappointment; we were close to the bbq cooking are and from our sunbeds were probably first to order. We sat and watched plate after plate of meat selection passing us. When we asked about our order there was a look of confusion; after a further wait we got a plate of chicken and cold mashed potato; this was well below what we had been expecting. While the staff were overall professional and eager to help there were a few that seemed stressed and distracted. During our stay there was due to be a wedding on the beach and this may well have left key staff too stretched. Overall we had a pleasant stay and it probably wouldn’t have taken much to have made it far more enjoyable.

Perfection! Paradise! Phenomenal
Second time visiting with my sister. We never visit the same place twice but this place merited another visit and I am returning with my husband in March. The hotel location is so beautiful in a clear blue bay that exudes tranquility- if you are looking for action packed and bustling this isn’t the hotel for you. Our room and lanai was beautiful, clean and perfect to relax in/ on after a day on the beach. Wonderful showers and products. I don’t have enough superlatives to describe the food. We ate at all restaurants and loved both the choice and quality. Don’t miss the beach seafood buffet! However the biggest asset the hotel has is its staff! So many superstars- I’ve forgotten some names but to name a few- the 3 Amigos- you know who you are- kept in place by Matara. Azsha in the restaurant- good luck with the baby, waitresses Matara’s sister, Rose Clare, the lead in Sir Bob’s , Feb and Kayla! Troy- simply thank you. For the best cocktails Akeila ably assisted by Eric and basketball loving Nigel! On the beach- the ever so hard working Julio, Nazeem and the super polite and friendly Mark! All staff are so attentive- faultless! The spa is stunning and the massages I had were extortionate but the best I’ve ever had!

Exceptional everything from villas to food to service unrivalled!
Incredible hotel which excels in everything from accommodation, food to facilities! But it's the staff who make this such an exceptional experience. Such personalities and helpfulness beyond expectations. Starting with the breakfast crew of Kayla, Charlyn and Aneisha, to the favours beach team of Julio, Nazim, Joshua, to the mixologist magic of Akeila and Erick. Dinner staff of Nashula, Rose Claire, Ayza plus Desa at the steakhouse and a fabulous team at the Lighthouse. The Ambassadors of Javier, Shequille and Rayon are hilarious yet so professional. Outclassed of course by Matara! Troy however is incredible and sorts whatever you need. It was our 2nd visit for myself and my Sister and we've booked again as it's forever striving to enhance the holiday experience. Steph and Jo xx

This place is heaven
This place is incredible. The service is top notch and friendly and you were always greeted with a smile. Example of going over the top..one of the guys at the beach ..Osayaba took me out for hobie ride …like a rookie I let my sunglasses fall off into the ocean…without being asked this guy went back into the ocean with a face mask and went diving to try and find them for me. Not sure where you would see that at another all inclusive. The food was delicious and the villa was beautiful. Even more beautiful was the view from the verandah of our villa, just incredible. The island is pretty, the water inviting and the people outstanding. Would definitely return.
