Riu was smaller resort then we are used to however we were very happy with it. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Food was outstanding. Close to the airport which we appreciate and look for when choosing a resort. The transit from the airport was smooth. Entertainment was great. appreciated that we could gets snacks 2; hours and the bar was also open. Love the coffee shop, one of my favourite places! Definitely would return!
Great service. Especially from bartender Leonardo !!
My boyfriend and I went to the Riu Paradise for this birthday. We had exceptional service from a specific bartender named Leonardo who works at the 24/7 bar. He was amazing and attentive! All together we had a great experience with all staff members and room service compared to other Riu hotels we have been to.
Amazing service from Leonardo !!!
We visited this resort for my birthday. We had a great experience with all the staff especially with Leo where he made us understand the Bahamian culture. Defiantly would recommend to people that would like to go outside the resort itself.
Don't come expecting to work
I came there to work with a client visiting from a different country. I went to their room, within less than 5 minutes I was being kicked out by security giving me some stupid excuse that "GUESTS are not allowed in the rooms". Their reason was oh the hotel is all-inclusive.... I'm not really sure how that applies to me if I'm there working when my clients tried to call the management they clearly ignored the calls because they were at the desks. Sorry, not sorry I wouldn't recommend it.
Waiting in lines for the al a cartes is a terrible way to do things..we should be able to plan our days and meals..other then that a great place again..we have been there several times and plan on returning again
