Okay resort ! But they steal your stuff !
We stayed there this past weekend ! The resort and pools are nice , but the food isn’t good, they don’t open all restaurants! But the worst is getting your stuff stolen! I got $$$ stolen out of my wallet left in my room inside my suitcase ! Filed a claim and said they would do something about it! But haven’t heard back!
omg where do i start from the time we got to the hotel we was greeted with a drink as we walked in the door 'even though we was early the room was ready and they let us check right on in first night was steak night which was better the the pricey steak hose omg so juicy ' the pink foam party was awesome pool bar was the bomb staff was so amazing
Stay away if you can
We are excited, two friends planned a week vacation to enjoy an overdue relaxation. Well, let me tell you what to expect when you get here. We went to our room, the room key didn't work. I walked all the way back to get the key activated which takes 20 minutes if you are fast. We finally got into our room only to find the room with a king bed instead of two double beds like we booked. We went back to the front, they said it is ok, we will move you to a different section. They asked us to go back to the front again which is another 20 minutes I will never get back. I am a bit annoyed at that point, so I asked if they can send someone which she reluctantly said: ok. We waited 30 minutes, no one showed up. I phoned the front again, they said, "well, you better come to the front". At this point, we have been at the resort for over 2 hours without eating our dinner after a day of travel. Fine, we will endure, just need to get to our room, everything will be good. Right? Well, We finally got to this magical room, guess what, it is already occupied. So, off we go, waiting in the hallway with our luggages for another 20 minutes, we finally fed up and went to the front and asked to speak with the manager. He refused to talk to us, even after we specifically asked many times. The front staff asked him again and again, he finally just walked away to avoid to talk with us. I never met anyone this rude before. I highly recommend you don't come here if you are not with a man. After another half an hour, we finally got the right room. And guess what, the room key doesn't work again... At this point, We have no words for our frustration. I went to the front desk, fixed the key and decided not to come here in the future. I want to share this with you, so you can prepare yourself for what to come. You better prepare to run a marathon if you want to get into the room you booked online and don't expect helps from them, if you are a gal because you don't matter.
Stayed from Sept 26 - Oct 3. Staff was very friendly. Perfect time to go wasn't overly crowded so I always had a spot by the pool. The pool parties were insane!! When I wanted to relax I stayed by the infinaty pool. The Entertainment staff were amazing. The only thing I would change would be that the bar by the theatre stay open later than one. Better atmosphere then the sports bar. I wasn't a fan of the sports bar found it to cold. Other than that my stay was amazing and look forward to being back one day!! Thanks again to all the staff at RIU Sante Fe Silvana.. Toronto
Nice hotel, but they steal your belongings
The hotel itself it's very nice and what I Love is that has a lot of pools, but the best one is the main infinity pool with a gorgeous view to the arches. What I dislike about the hotel is that the dishes and towels were not clean, dishes had left overs or small pieces of food, and the towels smelled bad. Also, this is the first time that they steal things from my room, they stole a bathing suit, jeans and a thermo cup. And from the pool party they were trying to search/steal fromour backpack one night, and the next night we decided to just take our sandals and they stole the 4 pairs (it was 4 of us). This is unacceptable, you have a beautiful hotel but your employees are making people not wanting to go back because they're not doing their job right.
