Our 7th visit

Love the staff and location that’s why we keep coming back, The buffet was better than it was before the refurb. Since the refurb it has lost its old world charm but definitely a beautiful job done, looks so bright and clean

Magical Memories made !

First time to Jamaica and absolutely made up. Our hotel was clean and had everything we wanted and more. Staff friendly and accommodating. A fair drive from airport but so worth it. Damion who was our morning and lunch waiter was first class, our children couldn’t wait to see him. He literally made our holiday. Akeem in the evening’s was superb too, attentive and so kind. The entertainment team were hilarious and so much fun, we have so many photos and video to look back on and smile. Thank you Smiley, Happy Feet, Peanut, Thunder (love to chocolate lightening), Xtreme, Flexxxxxxx, Juicy and Bubbles. I would definitely recommend this for families. You can do as little as you want or get involved. We will be back!

People were great, particularly Kaylia at the buffet. She made a positive impact on our visit. Entertainment fair and late for our schedule. Beach was great, particularly Anthony at the boats. Always frustrated by people reserving chairs and doing other things. Miguel and Fabio were helpful, unfortunately we were able to acquire a tartan apron used by the servers at the Steak Restaurant. Love RIU

Great in all perspectives

This was our first trip in Jamaica. The Palace is modern and his size is perfect. Enought space for everybody at the beach or at the pools. Food was fantastic and very tastefull. The place is very clean, well maintained and the staff is always smilling and happy to help us around. A special thanks to Melissa ( massage therapist) who took time to chat with us when she passed by. She is a great ambassador our this hotel and of Jamaica. Keep the good work and will be back in the future.

Perfect in every day!

I'm sure I wrote a review but can't find it. Stayed in December 2018 and the hotel is pure luxury. Brand new refurb is modern and fab.The food at breakfast, lunch and dinner is amazing and includes abundant sushi, lobster, prosecco and to-die-for desserts. The gourmet resteraunts are great. The cocktails and drinks are amazing and the staff friendly. I've had a terrible experience at another Riu so I know by comparison how good this Riu is. At night, you can see amazing shooting stars from the beach. The only down side was the house keeping and room service which were dreadful! Go to east side of the bay for good snorkelling.
