We loved it. We just left the hotel, we staid for 5 day in the honeymoon suite, the room was in front of the ocean, we had our jetted tub outside. The entertainment director ARBEY and the concierge FERNANDO were great Don JULIO from Sunny side Up grill was an amazing waiter. The food was Amazing in all 3 restaurants. The staff was always so friendly professional and respectful. We will defently come back next yr for a longer stay and with our kids. There was only 1 thing I didn't like. "NO FREE WIFII IN THE ROOMS" they wanted to charge $10 dollars a day.. But other than that it was great,by not having wifi we were able to enjoy the outside even more. Thank you so much for a great vacation SUNSCAPE.
Best vacation ever !
We just spent 4 days there and omg they were amazing !! I wanted to try it out before we took our family in the next few months and this place was just beyond what I expected ! I give this place a 9/10!! The only reason why it’s not a 10 is because the rooms do need a little bit of updating, they’re ok, but we were honestly in our room unless to sleep at nights, there’s just so much to do but the food, activities, and all the nice staff make up for it. Everyone was so nice very helpful and always made us feel so welcome !! we loved the food! Maximiliano was so sweet and helpful he stood out the most but everyone absolutely everyone was great. We were happy with All the activities you can do for free plus the ones that are not free for a low cost! We had the honeymoon suite right on the beach and they provided us a free breakfast in our room for our anniversary trip plus decorated our room with rose petals for no charge and it was amazing ! We are already planning our next trip back!! I 10000% recomend this place especially for families ❤️ also we had a romantic teepee picnic on the beach and the staff did amazing at making it as romantic as possible ! I uploaded a few pictures of our trip. I cannot wait to be back ❤️
This was such a fun and amazing vacation! I would highly recommend this resort for couples, friends, or families! There is some many things to do at the resort for free and all of the staff made it a great experience, especially Randy and Juan Carlos! Overall we had a great time!
Beautiful, Fun place, great dive trip
Lovely beaches, 20 minute/$15 cab ride to the city. Fun activities. The entertainment director, Arbey, was so much fun. This was our first stay at an all-inclusive and we were worried, but the drinks were strong and the food was good. Everyone speaks English as well as Spanish and the service was great. The water is warm and the diving was fantastic. They have paddlebaoards, catermarans and snorkels included. Such a great spot!
The worst all inclusive I have ever been to.
Not new to the whole all-inclusive, there are some bad ones out there but this, by far, has been the worst. Except of the exceptional beach, which this place cant claim the beauty of, we had really low expectations to begin with, this place is really quite a horrible space to be in. Forgiving the rooms which are falling apart and most things are broken, including furniture. (Took them two hours to check us in, still couldn’t check if the god damn chairs are usable) we actually booked one of their nicer rooms with an ocean view and a Jacuzzi, very limited food selection especially if you have any dietary restrictions, the service here is a joke. At some point It actually started to feel like they had some personal vendetta against us, but a quick google search reviled that service is just bad and it’s not personal, oh, and not to mention, this is after us tipping quite generously as often as we do. I just don’t understand how a business is run this way. Never again! From the moment we got in, we were either being coaxed to buy some-thing more or are being told we can’t eat here or drink there this is finished or not available anymore in the middle of the day. suddenly. On top of it, tonight we get a random phone call in the middle of the night and reception not only didn’t respond to our call back, the staff at the reception is or for the most part of the hotel is in-efficient, badly mannered and just plain dis-interested in service. This saddens me to put it out there as we are pretty easy going people but this has aggravated beyond tolerable and this is not a peaceful vacation any more, this today has gone too far. We have a morning tour in a few hours, but we are suddenly wide awake, in the middle of the night with some random phone call no one is able to explain. With two more days before we head back to Vancouver, I am posting this review now, as I don’t know how the service here can get any worse than it is already. From the staff at reception called Rudy, to the hostess at sunny side called Zayera something, and their operations manager named Samara it’s a s**t show man. Don’t waste your money, pay a couple of hundred dollars extra and go to Iberostar. It’s a fair price to pay for your peace of mind. Cozumel, hell yes! sun scape sabor, umm, nope, NEVER!
