Get the lay of the land with the hotel map feature, powered by Apple Maps. Locate restaurants and bars, pools, the spa, fitness center, concierge, and entertainment.
Entertainment & activities
For a comprehensive list of entertainment and activities, find a schedule of resort-led events under the entertainment tab. Under today’s activities, you’ll find everything from resort-led yoga classes and pool volleyball to rainy-day approved activities like darts and ping pong tournaments.
If you’re staying at a family-friendly resort, your kids can browse the schedules at the Explorers Club or Core Zone to see which activities are calling their names. As for evening entertainment, nightly productions range from live music, salsa dancing, and cinema nights to guest DJs, bingo nights, and football watch parties.
Dining experiences
Find a list of room service availability and all the resort’s restaurants and bars, including operation hours and menus. To level up your dining experience, check out your resort's featured culinary experiences and tastings. Add on experiences like a romantic dinner on the beach, a private wine cellar dinner, or a tequila tasting.
Spa
You can easily view and book available spa treatments using the Inclusive Collection app. Scroll through a selection of massages, body wraps, facials, and beauty treatments–and use the map feature to navigate yourself to beach bliss!
Transfers & excursions
Hyatt Inclusive Collection partners with Amstar DMC in select destinations to provide airport transportation and tour services. Secure airport pickups and browse available excursions in your destination and book directly with your Amstar resort rep. No additional research required!
Other notable features include housekeeping requests, laundry, TV guides, and information on resort programs, like Sip Savor & See, which allows Inclusive Collection guests to utilize select facilities at neighboring Inclusive Collection resorts.
