Worst of the Barcelo group. Would not recommend. Careless service, Not enough towels at the pools, was brought a cake to my room for my anniversary and no silverware. Asked for silver ware to be brought to the room and was told to call back at 9am. ??? .

Amazing hotel with amazing staff and amazing entertainment! Rene, the entertainment manager is the best and was always there to look after us, was always around and made our holiday the best! He actually looked like the hotel manager to us 😁... give this man a promotion!! The rooms are like little cabins and make you feel like your in a true jungle together with the wildlife, very nice! The food is very good and there is a different theme at the buffet every night. The only improvement in my opioyis the shower, but this is only small things compared to the best time I had here! Want to see the best Michael Jackson show? Go here 😬

Ricardo and Miguel were great!
We’ve had a superb time at the Allegro Playa Car. All of the waiters and waitresses were truly excellent - so cheerful and great fun. Ricardo Martinez and Miguel Caamal were especially attentive. These two went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed during meal times and made our stay even more memorable with their smiles and humour.

Great place to relax for the day.
We visited on a day pass from a cruise ship that was docked nearby. The drive was a little longer than I anticipated, but it was well worth it fo rthe peace and quite we had at this location. They checked us in, and everyting was smooth. Went to the beach, and got chairs and cover right away. Then we hit the beach. Drinks and food were included so we kept hydrated and even did some water wports during our stay. Before elaving we had a quick bite to eat from the buffet. Spoke to other who were stying here and told us they enjoyed it and would come back/ Hopefully we have a chance to return one day as well. Great place to relax, lounge, eat, drink and frolic in the water with no hassles or people pestering you on the beach.
