May 10, 2025Perfect holiday experience
Just returned from the Bahia Principe Grand today, and I have to say the hotel although being a bit large was very easy to navigate from my room ground floor block 16 all the bars, restaurants, beach and pool were all within 7 minutes walk The pools are large i chose to be close to the action with the very entertaining, entertainment staff who work very hard to make it a lot of fun all day and night Plenty of space for your very comfortable sun loungers some not all with umbrellas close to the bar My room was very large very nice bed plenty of storage and hangers in the wardrobe drinks fridge was stocked up every day large bathroom great shower plenty of hot water My choice was to use the buffet restaurant's always a good selection of food for breakfast and dinner the staff who work there soon get to know you and are very polite service was great lunch time was all about the jerk station great food. Shows at night were very entertaining my favourite being the reggae music night's the rock night the Motown night and of course the speciality night with a history of Jamaica spectacular I did 2 excursions the Nine mile Bob Marley memorial trip and the rum factory waterfalls and pelican bar both spectacular and well organised and informative Overall my holiday was great, nothing was to much trouble for all of the very hard working staff from the cleaners, gardener's,bar staff all the way to the top managers outstanding service Thank you again for an amazing time in the best hotel group in the world

Amazing
Resort was amazing, again. Easy to get around, entertainment staff were great, especially Derice, Gregory, Angel and also Natrice (lobby bar)and Shadeen (Nyam and Pices) made our stay an awesome experienceshows were awesome, Thunder made our evening the night of the Bob Marley show

Best holiday ever.,!! So good
There wasn't anything I didn't like about this holiday although Jamaica has thousands of loud Americans very loud! But don't let that takeaway from your holiday. Staff amazing lovely hard working ppl, lots to do great teens room for the kids, loads of computers etc pool table etc lovely looking space. If u need a friendly taxi driver just ask ours was a tour guide taxi learnt so much , go to the Blue hole 14 miles away lovely water fountain & deep blue natural pools to jump or swing into great fun. Food great choice pool activities , massive I mean massive pool..!! nice rooms . Tip as the staff pay is very bad about $8 usd American per day..!! Also the hotel only gives the staff 1 meal per day and one drink they have to buy the rest 🥲sad

May 07, 2025Decent resort and food. Dishonest and pushy people
Our rooms were accessed with do no disturb signs on and our bags gone through and the water to our toilet was intentionally turned off on day 4 of our trip, I'm assuming so that we had to request maintenance so they could come access our room again. Was never able to book any dinner reservations as very limited and the process sucks

May 06, 2025Poor service at an ugly beach.
The customer service is wildly uneven, about 20% of the staff here seem bothered when you talk to them, and the management don't seem to have any control. The food is mostly mediocre and the beach is fairly unpleasant. The best part was the pool area and the bartenders who were consistently friendly.
