Amazing Staff
My husband and I couldn’t believe how kind the staff was for our entire stay. We were in the exhale club, Jesús and Jorge helped us with everything we could possibly need and went above and beyond. We had the best time at the pool with our bartender Christian. He was so kind and gave the best recommendations! Definitely recommend asking him if you need a switch or don’t know what you want.

We had a great time! The pools were vibing, the service was great and the rooms were clean! Erik at the habachi restaurant was so sweet and gave us a great show!!! He really took care of our group (including our gluten free for one and vegan for another in our group!!)

Outstanding service from start to finish
Throughout our stay the staff was amazing, warm, and welcoming. Pascual the server at The Spoon buffet was great he always welcomed us with a smile and great energy. He learned I liked capuchinos and always welcomed me with one. Also the concierge Felipe was very helpful and attentive. The staff really goes above and beyond to ensure that we are happy with our stay. Thank you for your services this place is lucky to have such great workers. Durante toda nuestra estancia, el personal fue increíble. Pascual, el mesero del buffet The Spoon, fue excelente; siempre nos recibía con una sonrisa y una gran energía. Aprendió que me gustaban los capuchinos y siempre me recibía con uno. Además, el concierge Felipe fue muy atento y servicial. El personal realmente va más allá para asegurarse de que estemos contentos con nuestra estadía. Gracias por sus servicios, este lugar tiene la suerte de contar con trabajadores tan maravillosos.
