Not worth it
This resort is nothing like the breathless in Montego Bay , the beach is horrible and I didn't feel like the upgrade to chalet was worth it, I didn't see a difference. Top shelf liquor not available most places, watered down drinks. No belvedere in room as advertised. I was told there would be snacks In the room . Once I complained about no snacks they said the room did not come with snacks on the 3rd day we started receiving M&ms

Subpar Hotel
One of the worst properties I have ever vacationed. Arrival to the hotel and being greeted with cool towels was pleasant, however, immediately after walking thru the lobby we were met with hotel needs improvement as the steps were under construction. We booked the Exhale club which we thought as the top tier, however after arrival we found out Secrets was the top tier. The Exhale lounge was small, and dated. The bar is smaller than my bar at home with 2 seats. The entire property needs renovating, our rooms smelled of mold, the screen on the balcony had holes, our sink was yellow and several people complained of cold showers. The food was below average at every place, except Strips. The elevators are small and cramped and the hallway tile were broken in serval places. I would not stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful but needs work
Top shelf drinks were not available. Didn’t feel informed about events and location of activities during stay. Room given initially was not what we booked, upon moving the staff documentation was never updated so we had to continue claiming the first room for everything. Was supposed to receive a bottle of choice upon arrival, it was delivered after multiple requests late at night on the day before departure.

Loved it!
The Xhale Club Junior Suite swim up was so nice! The double rain fall shower heads did not disappoint. The beds were comfortable. The staff was great! And the Italian restaurant was so good my boyfriend and I ate there two nights in a row. 10/10 for me!

Great service! Best personality
Edwin and Daniel by the pool closest to the pizza place were the absolute best servers ever. Polite hard workers that made sure our drinks were full and always with a smile. They both remembered my name and the reason why? Because I treated them nicely. Such good good fellas and I hope if I’m ever back here I’ll see them again! I hope their hard work does not go unnoticed by their bosses…. I’m guessing every traveler is not as kind as my group! ❤️✈️
