This was our 5th time at this resort. It is one of our favorites. The place is well kept, the units are nice and well stocked, and the restaurants are all quite good. The only complaint we had is that they have an increasing problem with people reserving palapas at ridiculous hours and that problem has extended to the pool. This was not the case 2 years ago. I was at the beach at 7am each morning and had to settle for a palapa near the road at the furthest point from the resort. The beach was deserted and some people just hung their bags on the palapa hook and left for hours. Seems very unfair. 50% of the chairs at the pool were also taken at 7am, some people just putting towel clips on the chair with no towel. Anyway, it was annoying but certainly did not ruin the vacation. I still highly recommend the resort

Great Winter Getaway
Great place to be in Aruba. Relaxing, good food, drinks, pools, restaurants. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Once you're there you won't want to leave. Visited twice and it just gets better.

Great employees
The accommodations were clean. The food (we did the all-inclusive package) was just ok (some of the restaurants were good and some were def not), but what really made it a GREAT experience were the employees. Specifically: Louisiana, Marvin and Kenny who worked at the Infinity Pool (which is awesome); Jose who worked at both the Infinity Pool and Seabreeze; Linda who worked at the concierge desk; and Carlos who worked at the Windows restaurant. We cannot say enough good things about these employees!

Feb 09, 2026If they would only work harder to fix the things that are wrong . . . the place would be GREAT.
1. Internet was poor. We called two days in a row before the IT folks fixed it. It went out again the day we left. POOR MARKS. POOR FOLLOW THROUGH BY IT. The situation a the pool is infuriating. People put their towels on chair at night to "reserve" them for the next day. So we have the play the same game. Many of the places that are saved never actually get filled by people so there are many spots that are unavailable b/c of this practice. Also, the security folks do NOT enforce the colored brackets. I commonly see people with no bracelets at out pool area. I even called security and he completely ignored the people without bracelets. Again POOR response from DIVI making my OWNERSHIP worth much less and making me very hesitant to recommend DIVI to my friends.
