    Excellent 7 Days

    Great hotel Clean Friendly staff Excellent Staff running the activities and entertainment Good choice of food for AI Pool area cleaned everyday ,some of the sunbeds to close together , we have mobility issues so needed to find a sunbed on the end of a row You still had people out before 7am bagging there!!! Spot , did not see pool attendant remove any , even if left all day ! Rooms clean and comfortable The biggest problem we saw , was not enough seating in the bar area in the evening , l feel this needs to be addressed , as some evenings would have to go to our room as know where to sit !! We did have a lovely holiday and would definitely go back

    Excellent stay

    We visited for a week of rest and relaxation and found the location opposite a quiet beach and the hotel itself was excellent. It is one of several RIU hotels we have visited and maintained the high standard of service that I expect. There was an excellent choice of food at meals and the speciality restaurants were better than last year. We enjoyed some of the activities on offer and I liked the heated pools. The only disappointment is that the standard of evening entertainment is patchy and not as professional as shows at other RIU hotels. Our room was comfortable, quiet and immaculately clean.

    Good but could be better

    Very large hotel spread across 2 buildings, I believe it used to be two separate hotels. Walking distance between the older/quieter building and the main building is via a covered walkway which is quite a distance and could be problematic for the less mobile. Rooms and common areas are all kept very clean. Pool areas again are large with ample beds. Food in our opinion was the let down 1) due to the very busy cafeteria buffet type set up and 2) to the very repetitive nature of the food offerings even between lunch and dinner.

    Back again soon

    Had another great time, The hotel is amazing, The entertainment was the same as before it could do with a change, But the team are great at what they do. We will be back in a month or two. Highly recommended for all visitors to Lanzarote.

    Great hotel, beautiful views

    Another stay at this great hotel. Meal times could be a little noisy but plenty of food. Standards of cleaning were excellent. The animation team were great and my daughter loved Lucy and Martin! He was there last time we came so she was made up to see him again! We stayed in 219 above the theatre, the balcony was lovely and private with sun all afternoon! Beach right across the road and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby if you fancied a change of scenery. Will shall be back again soon!
