Hotel was outstanding - food, service and amenities . Special mention goes to the pool concierge Carmela who due to the app being down had to handle multiple requests always with a smile and willing to go the extra mile !

Good hotel
The hotel is good, modern and very clean. Great food choices for breakfast and dinner. All the staff are very friendly. Sun bed booking- the app was down for a while so a bit of an issue and easy to get frustrated with double bookings etc but the lovely Carmela sorted us out.

Fabulous 5* hotel
Great 5* hotel Love the concept of the market place whereby tapas style food is available, perfect if you want lighter food options, especially if you are on holiday for a two week all inclusive and get fed up eating loads of food! We Found the staff and service to be excellent. The hotel is centrally located, and close to the airport. The hotel is super clean and well maintained with modern facilities. The main buffet restaurant is well replenished and runs very efficiently with a great selection of food. We love the hotel app that allows us to book our favourite sunbeds a couple of days in advance, great initiative! Would recommend staying at this lovely hotel, we will certainly be back.

Fabulous hotel, great food and staff committed to excellence.
This hotel lives us to the description on the website. Firstly, we received the most warm welcome to the hotel from the Guest Services Manager and she was genuinely appreciative that we had chosen their hotel for our holiday. It was lovely to also receive a nice cool flannel and welcome drink as we were allocated our room. Our luggage followed us swiftly to our room. Our room is exactly as per the photos on the website. We have a huge bed with fresh linen as required. I love the fact that someone has actually thought about the layout of the room and has ensured there is amble storage space for clothes and shoes in addition to plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. As a woman with a lot of shoes and clothes, I’m appreciative of this :-). The room is cleaned daily and it’s lovely to have little animals on our bed made out of the towels and a little chocolate treat - nice effort from our cleaning lady. The buffet restaurant is lovely and flows really well. There is a fabulous selection of food, something to suit everyone. The staff are very efficient but you never get the feeling they are flustered at busy times as often is the case in other hotels - obviously have been trained well. I particularly like not having to que at the coffee machine in the morning as fresh pots of coffee and milk are delivered to our table as we arrive. This is efficient and prevents congestion of queuing at the coffee machine, again ensuring the flow within the restaurant is easy. Food is always hot too and replenished frequently with good quality of produce. This hotels operates a sunbed reservation option on the app, allowing you to chose your sunbed up to two days in advance which is great if you like your favourite spot. It also prevents the sunbed wars with people reserving beds with towels then not using them for hours at a time. Again, great initiative that appears to work well. In terms of activities, there is something to suit everyone including Pilates, spin classes, gym classes and aqua gym/dance. its great to see everyone readily getting involved and having fun which is due to the amazing animations team. Evening entertainment is of a high quality with tribute acts including Tina Turner and Elton John. I would highly recommend this hotel and we feel its good value for money.

Break away
This will be the 4th time I have stayed at this hotel in the last 2 years and what can I say apart from you never disappoint!!! Normally I come with my partner but I came with my niece as a break away before she starts uni- she absolutely loved it!! Few things I tried this time round- Aqua bike, absolutely brilliant- loved it! We went to the Tina Turner tribute, Elton John tribute and the “White Party” absolutely fantastic!!! As always the facilities were amazing, food amazing but what makes this hotel the best is the TEAM. Always happy, speak to you like they WANT to not because they have too. These guys work from first thing in the morning till late at night- all of you guys, cleaners, housekeepers, food and drink team, reception team, maintaince team- you’re all amazing. Thank you so much for another great stay and no doubt me and partner will be back before the year is out! Claire & Charlotte Room 623
