I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Kauai Shores Hotel—it was everything I hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, the warm island hospitality made us feel right at home. The room was spotless, perfectly sized for one or two guests, and the air conditioning worked like a dream—cool and comfortable after a warm day exploring the island. The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to the Coconut Marketplace, where you can browse shops, grab a coffee, or pick up souvenirs. We especially loved that daily housekeeping and valet service were included in our stay—it made everything effortless. One of the biggest highlights was having the Lava Lava Beach Club right on the property. Waking up and walking barefoot to breakfast by the ocean, then wrapping up the evening with dinner, drinks and live music under the stars—it doesn’t get better than that. The food was delicious, the cocktails were on point, and the live music created such a fun, laid-back vibe. Every staff member we encountered—from the front desk to the restaurant—was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their service really made the trip special. If you’re looking for a relaxing, well-located, and affordable beachfront stay in Kauai, Kauai Shores is a perfect choice. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visit to the Garden Isle!

Magical Location in Paradise
We loved everything about our first visit at the Kauai Shores Hotel. Our initial interaction with the valet was very positive and friendly. They consistently provided us excellent and prompt service the entire time we were there. The front desk staff, including Angela and Shy, were extremely helpful, kind and efficient as they helped check us in and provide us with a super gorgeous room with an ocean view! We cannot wait to come back to room 102 (or 202 where our daughter stayed) in the future. Thank you for everything! Truly a magical trip to paradise!

Excellent accommodations!
The room was clean and the beds so comfortable! A fun and family friendly atmosphere. Wonderful morning yoga class. Live music every evening and the food is delicious. Private beach a real plus and close to shops and a beachside walkway. The staff so friendly and helpful. Any needs were handled right away. We will definitely return!

Girls Trip
Pros: Great location and on the ocean with nice beach. Nice amenities. Friendly staff. Good size room with kitchenette. Next to shopping and restaurants. Cons- inconsistent cleaning: dirty carpet, loud noise coming from parking lot, front door did not seal completely.

Love Kuai Shores
I love Kuai shores. The rooms feel new. They remind me of rooms at a W hotel. The location on the beach cannot be beat. The front desk staff were always friendly and willing to help with anything. Housekeeping kept my room clean despite the salt and sand. Best of all was the valet staff. They always greeted me and brought my car quickly when requested. The attached restaurant had excellent food. I highly recommend this hotel.
