Amazing Experience at Acua Live Hotel punta cana. I had an unforgettable stay at Acua Live Hotel! The service was truly exceptional from start to finish. A special mention to Miguel at the main pool and Franklin in the restaurant—both went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made all the difference. The highlight of our dining experience was the Japanese restaurant. The chefs did an outstanding job, creating delicious and beautifully presented dishes. The flavors were incredible, and the whole atmosphere was perfect for a memorable evening. I highly recommend Acua Live Hotel for anyone looking for fantastic service and a relaxing, enjoyable stay. I can't wait to come back!

I was just there September 28 through October 1 2024 celebrating my birthday and it was very nice. Me and my fiance stayed in the Tierra Suite with private pool and it was everything expected. The only minus about the room are the mosquitoes. The resort sprays for them but they still come in through the patio door. Our personal bulter name Eric did a great job on making sure we had everything we needed everyday at the resort. If you are a Aqua club member make sure you go to bar stand at the exclusive part of the beach and meet Angelo the bartender some of best drinks on the property Angelo don't miss with drinks. Food was good need more variety menu for dinner. Yes I would go back anytime.

Relaxing Couples trip!
The resort was very spacious, which I truly appreciated. There was more than one pool, so on some days you could literally be at the pool with 3 or 4 others. Our room was cleaned everyday before noon which was awesome. The restaurant were good as well. Overall a nice trip.

Vacation
We went in September and stayed at the Tiera Suite; 1st floor on the beach. Let me start by saying if you want to unwind from technology, I wouldn't recommend you staying here as everything you need requires use of your cell phone. The restaurants use the QR system to order, to reach the butler its via WhatsApp etc. Pros of the room: clean and spacious. Comfortable California King bed. Fully stocked mini fridge. 3 Complimentary bottles of alcohol. The balcony was awesome, the private pool was perfect. Our pool jets didn't work, but we text our butler and he sent someone out quickly to turn it on and off. The room location was steps away from the beach, it was perfect. Cons of the room: The bathroom and shower were located next to the bed, which was a strange location. The shower is glass and overlooks the person lying in bed (hopefully you are with someone you don't mind seeing you naked because you will be fully exposed.) Like I said, weird location. The light switches were a nightmare to figure out which turns on what! One night we lost power and lost the AC, we couldn’t reach anyone because the room phone went out too…my husband decided to reboot the router lol and it seemed to work. It was our anniversary and for upgrading our room, we were promised champagne and chocolate covered strawberries and a cheese platter. We received wine and strawberries. The staff: The beach staff were AMAZING! I cannot say enough about the waiter Angelo and his beach team. He is truly a hard worker and always smiled even when no one else tipped him! We were there for a week and didn’t see anyone else tip anywhere, restaurants or bar. I understand it’s included, but we tipped him every time because he deserved it; it was 98 degrees out and he was running around getting drinks to everyone, it wouldn’t kill anyone to give him a few bucks here and there. We only seen our Butler at check in and check out, and mostly communicated with him via WhatsApp. He responded quickly when we text him, so that reflected the tip we left him. Other resorts we have stayed, the Butlers came around multiple times a day to mingle and see if you needed anything, so they received a larger tip. The Beach: The beach was amazing and picturesque. I made it my screen background, its beautiful. The sand is soft to walk on. The water is a bit rough here in Bavaro. It’s calmer in Punta Cana area, approx. 45 mins away. There were no annoying hagglers, you said no and they walked away. There was a lady that came around for foot massages. Very cheap and amazing. Worth every penny! The Restaurants: I enjoyed the food. They have your typical restaurants, Asian, Italian and French etc. The resort overall was fine. Same layout as most around the area. This resort however didn’t offer much entertainment as others do and only 1 small boutique for shopping. We found ourselves a bit bored a times during the night, so we just hoped back in the pool. The worst hotel i ever been the food is bad the serviçe is bad, the worst time i passed in one hotel. Even the wine is bad i hate it, no partys the room was very dar away from every services. Just one spot Where you can drink good cocktails. Dont choose this resort. There are many better options.
