Alejandro and Marian led a great Paint Party. Moses hosted a great Tie Dye event. Thanks to all the Experience Team. A great holiday.

Third Visit but not the last
This is a wonderful resort that's greatest asset is it's staff. The food is excellent and since we are Premium Club Members, we ate mostly at the ala Carte restaurants. Selections were excellent and the staff were very attentive to specific food issues. Although all the staff were very good, her are a few Special mentions: Our Butlers from this and a previous visit: Alfredo and David always ready to help us and each other. Jesus the Beach waiter was very attentive and always happy to get us a drink The Privilege Lounge Staff: Carolina, Ilsa, Gaby and Esperanza all made us feel like family. Jorge and the rest of the Lobby bar staff remembered us and had our nightcap drinks ready before we ordered. All in all this resort is our go to resort for our Fall Vacations

So this is our second time coming to OMR. The reason we came back was definitely THE entertainment staff and all the staff. We arrived the evening before Halloween. The next morning the staff remembered us and we were greeted with amazing hugs!! We were so excited and had our costumes packed, as last year, so many people dressed up. Halloween was so tricky, as the Blue Jays world series game was on and my husband wanted to watch that and yet we had costumes - so of course we did both!! We started out in the sports bar with alot of Canadians watching the game. Then I went out for the halloween party!! Ended up on stage with other contestants and had a blast!! Back to the sports bar (food is great) and then ended up meeting my favorite person (Kendall Sansores) and guess what!! Halloween costumes coordinated - I was white swan and he was black swan!! The rest of the trip was amazing. Day of the Dead, the staff made huge efforts and was so great to see the decorations and the stories. The fun games at the pool we enjoyed and participated as we wanted. Met so many amazing people who have been to OMR numerous numerous times!! They come for the staff. Food is great. We are not particular and have no allergies, etc. Love the breakfast buffet with the self serve minoma/bloody mary. After breakfast went for Espresso martini at the front bar and staff was hilarious and always was ready with a funny story and a wonderful drink. Back to the room and it was already made up for us by the lovely Marie who cleaned our room. She is adorable. We spent all our time at the party pool. Wide variety of ages at this resort. Bartenders there are amazing. Bracelet making , tie dying shirts was fun. Staff call out who are amazing - Moises (xoxox) who is AWESOME, Victor, Viri, Susi (xoxox), Aljando. But the super standout is Kendall Sansores. He goes so beyond!! The funniest thing was his aqua class. He had the entire pool and everyone in the pool. Except my husband and 2 other friends we met. Where were they? They decided to go up by the DJ area and dance/aqua not in the pool!!!! Epic!!! Only Kendell could have motivated these ole guys!!! xoxoxox

Great Resort price is right
Great resort for Adults! Highly recommended. Pool vibe is great thanks to Kendell Sansores, Suzi and Moses. Its well priced, decent food, safe and lots of fun.

Perfect Getaway!
Its exactly as described. Staff were all wonderful and with a smile! Food was excellent in the buffet ,it was our go to different theme everyday. Building 28 so very central. Ocean was warmer then the pools lol. They need to put screens on rooms so we can open to let air in without the critters lol. Our friends room was very strong and he was on oxygen so didn't help. Everything was close so good for people with mobility issues and a buggy is available to call if needed. I'd go back again!
