KRISTINA amazing service . The way Kristina welcomed me. You can see how much she loves working there. So kind and professional. I highly recommend this hotel. Great service front desk. House keeping. Bell desk and has perfect location to walk everywhere or catch a bus. Pool is so refreshing after travelling and cocktails from the Cafe are amazing. Thank you 😊 🙏

Just stop searching and stay here!
Wow. My partner and I had SUCH a great time in Waikīkī and the BeachComber Waikīkī was a big part of it. 1. Location is great! It’s literally 5-7 minutes walk to the beach - just cross the road and you’re there. It’s across the street from a Cheesecake Factory, attached to an amazing indoor/oudoor mall( like the Century City Mall) and plenty more shopping and dining. 2. The hotel itself is lovingly taken care of. Honestly, you can tell that the staff here really care about the guest and being good stewards of this property. We stayed 3 nights on floor 11 , and our Housekeeping was done by Poyang( Florence). She and all Housekeeping should be awarded and celebrated because they really work SO hard to make a comfortable trip. 3. I love how this hotel has a filtered water dispenser. This saved us SO much money and time. Just bring a reusable bottle! 4. Valet was great. Fast and friendly 5. Ocean views from our room was spectacular. It’s not right in the water, but being further back allows you to take in more water views than being up close. 10 out of 10 and would stay here again and again!

Our family/business stay at the Outrigger Waikiki Beachcomber Hotel was great! We had a pleasant experience from the moment we arrived to the day we left. The service, especially from Donna, was superb (give her a raise!)! We would definitely recommend this place to others! Our only issue was the noise from our neighbors on the weekend - that dude could not sing for anything.

Outrigger Beachcomber on Waikiki.
Our experience at Outrigger Beachcomber in Waikiki was great. Everyone there is very helpful and kind. We stayed for 9 nights and our view from the 24th. floor balcony was awesome. It is close to everything you might need. The house keepers are an asset for sure, they can get you anything you need. Towels, coffee, they are great. We saw Zhi-yi a lot. She is so nice and does a great job.
