We did the adult scene all inclusive swim out jr suite. Beautiful and clean resort. Staff is amazing! Views are gorgeous. Very big resort. Definitely needed more than the 4 days we were there to see everything. Food was good and there was a huge variety. My only real complaint is that the entertainment and most restaurants are all on the family side. The adult side closed up pretty much at 7 when the pool closed. Edwar and Angel were our butlers and so helpful. They explained everything, showed us around and were at our beck and call. Ivan at Twist bar was the best as well!

Mostly great.
Room was great after we switched to one that didn’t smell like mold. Sand on the beach was great but the water was filthy. Drinks were hit and miss. Could tell the alcohol was cheap/watered down. Sugary drinks were great. Spa was awesome and Arleth was so helpful and friendly and the gym. Food was amazing and every restaurant we went to. Night entertainment was ok. Not many options, especially for adults.

Experience was excellent from the beginning. The staff here is very kind and accommodating! We have had a great time and are very impressed with the spa services as well! We loved our massages and hydrotherapy. The pool and drinks were great as well. Arleth was so helpful and knowledgeable in the gym! Gym was spacious and great for someone who likes to work out daily! Alma was helpful when we had issues with our room and resolved them the same night! Overall! Great food, service and time at PH Cancun!!

excellent trip- star class
Star class is the way to go!! our Butler service with Javi and Chris was amazing! no worries at all! We got our dinner reservations, all room requests! the activities at the pool were great. it was jot as busy during our week- no concerns to get 5 pool chairs! Shores restaurant for star class breakfast is a must!

The resort was amazing, room was great, food was delicious, gym is beautiful great equipment and amazing service!! Arleth in the gym was fantastic. I really liked Braza restaurant. They also have a great lazy river and pool area. The show wizards was also great. Check in at the lobby was fast and good . Beach was beautiful. Resort itself was clean and nice. Staff is very friendly.
