Great staff
Ignacio heller, nice waiter, friendly, very attentive and good at his job. We had a lovely meal in the Tex mex :) prawns were delicious :) for mains and the chicken nachos for starters were also amazing, however! I wish I would have got the onion flour for starters tho!

PURA VIDA 2024
Recently we went to Planet Hollywood, Costa Rica to celebrate our wedding anniversary and our experience was outstanding. The customer services was outstanding. Our room came with a personal assistant and his name was Johan who went out of his was to make us feel at home and/or accomodate us any way possible. Johan did great job and went out of his way to surprise us by providing us a gift for our anniversary. He did all our reservations to all the restaurants and hydro spa. We also met Jeffery and Karolina at the bar located in Star Class. These two are amazing in making delicious drinks, providing us dept information of costa rica and provided us great customer service. Our experience here at the hotel, was great. The only thing I would knock it, is having the Air Conditioner cooler at restaurants, coffee shop and lobby. Thats it. Pura Vida

Will not go back even if it was the last place for vacation.
Yes I did, half of the staff when asked for something,they don’t respond their answer oh sorry I will be right back, but they don’t , the concierge is useless I did ask him 4 times to do something he supposed to do in the first place, I had to go to the office to get it done. The bar tender on the first floor was not costumer friendly at all rude and don’t belong in such an establishment.

Alpha Delta Fall 94 30th Anniversary
Everything and everyone was fantastic! My personal concierge Johan Castillo attended to our every need! All of the wait staff were exceptional, especially Jeffrey and Freddie. William at the Front Desk was very nice and helpful. And Jorley was the absolute best ever, helpful in every way with our big group of 37!

Great resort! You will absolutely enjoy every minute!!! Hopefully, you will have the pleasure of being served by Freddy & Jeffrey (see picture), the best of the best!!! This staff will truly spoil you during the visit. Make sure to go to the spa...AMAZING!
