Katy, Jedder, Russbel, Deivi, Nayad, Alexa Curro, Cristian, and Cristopher were all fantastic throughout my stay at Planet Hollywood and they made the experience wonderful. There friendly nature and genuine willingness to make connections with the vacationers made it feel like I was a Costa Rican native!

Aqua challenge by gael y jorge was so fun to participate, i was the winner of girls, because no other girl participated haha, but they are súper fun and they gave me my price after the game and they should be doing these activities more often because make pool time better

Wonderful
Maria Jose in the buffet on the 3rd floor did an excellent job. She was very attentive, respectful and made our visit pleasant. When and If I visit again I hope she still work at this location and she help us or if not her someone just as great as her.

had an amazing time at Planet Hollywood Costa Rica! Everything was perfect. The buffet food was a bit random and lacked meat variety, but Maria Jose always came through attentive and had my straw! I would come back again to further explore Costa Rica & I would stay here all over again

Planet Hollywood Costa Rica
The atmosphere and service was great. The Blue star Tex Mex Restaurant became a favorite of ours, and Dylan, Randall, and Karol provided excellent service during our meal there. Overall we had a great time and there were great activities for us to do during our time here.
