Feb 13, 2026Best hotel in Riviera Maya !!
Great hotel! Pools, shows, restaurants, big room, nice people!! At the Yucatan restaurant, special thanks to the manager Abihail, the hostess Karen, and the great waiters Bryan, Elena, Armamdo and Gerawel. Quiet atmosphere with great surroundings, especially the staff !! We’ll definitely be back next year !!!

Feb 12, 2026A girls’ trip delayed!
I mainly have positive things to say about the resort. Our flight and transportation to the hotel was sorely lacking, but that’s not the resort’s fault. I was a little disappointed that the hotel didn’t seem to know we were arriving in the middle of the night due to a 2 day snow storm delay in Toronto. Again, that could be the tour company’s lack of communication. We were a little disappointed they wouldn’t offer a complimentary late check out, seeing as we missed two nights which were paid for at the start of our vacation, but they did offer showers at the spa we could use before flying home. The food and drink were very good. Our favourite à la carte was Aroma. We didn’t try the Japanese one. The beach is rocky, but if you walk just a short stroll down towards the sister hotels, there is a nice and accessible area there to get in. You can walk a long way on the beach-we mainly walked to our left as we were facing the beach. Lots of shells and other resorts to see. I didn’t find the staff overly friendly but friendly enough! I would definitely return.

Lots of good sun an relaxing!
Israel the doorman was wonderful and remember my name and said hi to me everyday as we walked past. A friendly face and excellent service! The resort and rooms were fantastic and the food was very good as well! Will be coming back again! My only negative comment is the smell of raw sewage by the beach when you cross the bridge, especially when the wind is coming from off the land and not the ocean. I’m still giving the resort a 5 star!

They go out of their way to please.
The staff are more than helpful. They go out of their way to please you. The property is massive with nicely appointed suites near and far from plenty of action. The food is very nice with a pleasant variety of restaurant to choose from. The weather is always great in Mexico. Right! Gary McDonald

My best holiday ever
The best holiday I have ever been on. So good I have been back twice, friendly and attentive staff, quality food and drink
