Totally Unacceptable
The resort needs major repairs and maintenance!!! Could go on and on but will keep it brief and get to the point!!! If you want to pack and unpack over 3 times and change rooms then go there!!The lack of Customer Service is terrible!!!The smell of Mold will make you sick!!!

WOW WOW
What an excellent trip! Our faveotire bartender Parliett took care of us for our whole trip whenever we hung out by the bar. I would definitely recommend this resort and especially the main pool since our friend Parliett is there to serve and keep you fueled up!

Felix at the main pool
Felix is the best!!!! Remembered us by name on the second day we were here! He continued to check up on us and brought what we ordered promptly. I noticed he did this for every group he encountered with! The next trip we make to Pueblo Bonito we will be sure to find our favorite server!

Hot water, termites and bad service.
For the last ten years we have made an annual pilgrimage to PB Sunset Beach to revive and relax. The staff has always been friendly and the food exceptional. But this year, the shine has become dull. During our second week, we were without hot water intermittently for five days and beset with an invasion of flying termites for three nights. The attitude of the front desk was:" we can move you into a lesser suite (hotel room) or move you to a building on the periphery of the property" away from the pools and restaurants. They do not seem to understand that if a guest is inconvenienced to the extent that we (and others) were, when the resort occupancy was less than 75%, moving to an upgraded suite might be a good solution. That was an idea adamantly rejected. The idea of service was gone. It really begs the question: why would we come back next year?
