    Beautiful Hotel

    Stunning reception, staff at reception were so welcoming. The hotel extremely clean, attention to detail. Staff very attentive but subtle and always very happy and polite. Clean rooms. Lovely size pool and the right amount of comfortable Sun loungers. Only one negative was no duvet and temperatures did slightly drop at night and therefore needed to get the woollen blanket from the wardrobe so a duvet would of been a lot more comforting and warmer than just a cotton sheet.

    Excellent Hotel highly recommend

    The Rui Maspalomas offers great rooms, with excellent service in an ideal location. Being adults only makes this a perfect getaway for couples of all sexes. The food and beverage offering is excellent. This is our second visit and we highly recommend this hotel.

    Great stay

    Superb Hotel with excellent views. Service brilliant in all areas and room kept impeccably clean. Only slight thing was one or two days the meat was a little tough, but generally food very good with plenty of choice. One suggestion; a copy of receipts would be useful so as to keep running total of our spend. Overall a very enjoyable experience and we will return to this hotel

    Excellent hotel with friendly staff and great food

    We spent a week at this hotel and were impressed with how clean and “new looking” the hotel appeared. Our room faced out over the Maspelomas sand dunes, and was well equipped. All staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a great choice of quality food every morning and evening.

    Superb

    We enjoyed a fabulous stay at this hotel at Easter. As ever everything about our stay was as we would want or expect. I celebrated my birthday at the hotel for the first time and they couldn't have made it any more special. They really made a fuss. Everything about this hotel whether it is the Manager or a member of the kitchen staff, restaurant staff, bar staff, pool staff, cleaning staff or a gardener, they all take such pride in their work and clearly care about what they do with guest enjoyment top of their agenda.
