May 08, 2025Relaxing stay at Riu Palace Oasis
Hotel was beautiful extremely well kept grounds and room was spacious with very large comfortable bed . Food was really good with large selection both for breakfast and evening meal, all staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful would highly recommend this hotel .

Eternal sunshine
Outstanding food and outstanding service. The pool is really heated not only heatable, like many other hotels. It is a real oasis in the desert, but close to everything.

Beautiful hotel, we stayed family of 2 adults 2 children in a standard room and was very kindly upgraded to a sea view. We arrived at 10am and our room was ready which was great. Check in was easy, staff were very friendly and polite. We was given some nice welcome drinks and for my husbands birthday even given a free bottle of cava on ice ready in our room. The pools and gardens were very well kept and clean. The grounds are beautiful and the beach is right on the doorstep. The only minor negative for me was the kids club wasn’t as entertaining as other Riu hotels we have stayed at. Otherwise I’d of given 5 stars for a perfect stay. I’d definitely return.

Great hotel, service was brilliant
Would highly recommend staying at the Palace Oasis. Only gripe is the customer car park is very small

Really nice quality hotel - with little room for improvement
Had a great time at Palace Oasis - nice large room overlooking the Atlantic (certainly worth paying extra for sea view) nice friendly staff that were always helpful - the hotel was spotless Now for the improvement - food was really good we were on a half board basis - being Coeliac I required Gluten Free Food - this was available until it came to desserts - there were many desserts that were available from the buffet - but every single item always contained wheat - so my dessert was fruit - so not a real problem, but every night for 7 evenings it becomes disappointing - when with a little planning it could have been so different. But overall for non gluten free person great place
