My husband and I stayed at the Royal Hideaway Playacar for my 50th birthday. I can honestly say the only thing this resort lacks is nightly entertainment. After 8pm not much to do at the resort besides visit the only bar open which only has 1 pool table. This resort is adults only with was great! The beach is walkable for miles and breathtaking! Several pools to choose from for relaxing or having fun at the infinity pool. Food was great we enjoyed the al’carte restaurants and made to order lunch menu. The grounds are lush and well maintained. Rooms are nice size with comfortable mattress and pillows. The service provided by everyone is phenomenal!! If you like a party resort please go somewhere else. This is a quiet laid back resort for couples! We loved it and can’t wait to go back!

Exceptional Staff
Beautiful resort on the beach in Mexico . The view from the restaurant looking out over the ocean was breathtaking! Plus we experienced excellent service at the buffet deck from Oscar Gomez, David Combranis, Yuliana Perez, Elena Jimenez and Jesus! Truly an awesome staff!

Phenomenal Vacation and We will Be Back
The ambience snd personnel at Royal Hideaway was truly amazing. This was me and my husband’s 1st time at an all inclusive all adult property and we really really had a phenomenal time. Areli Torio was our host for Breakfast and Lunch and she went above and beyond her duties!

This place is amazing. The staff was kind and really outstanding. Rooms and food were great. The beach and water in front of the resort was perfect. Can’t go wrong choosing this place.

Fabulous stay beautiful friendly staff can't wait to go back
Beautiful hotel only 250 guest max very calm setting. Very friendly staff great al la cart restaurants. Room was clean tidy fresh and comfortable. We had a concierge Maria villa 25 and she was fabulous looked after all our needs inc above and beyond a real assist to the hotel.
