First and Final Visit Unless you're a regular guest at this hotel, don’t expect to be well looked after. Our concierge was unavailable for the entire stay, so we had to rely on concierge from another block. Unfortunately, David, who we interacted with, seemed uninterested in helping us and had a noticeably poor attitude. Despite multiple requests to have issues in our room addressed, it took a lot to have things rectified. Meanwhile, we saw David actively assisting returning guests around the pool area. On a positive note, the housekeeping staff were wonderful—friendly, thorough, and deserving of the tips we gave them. Their service was one of the few highlights of our stay. The pool servers were attentive, happy and really appreciated them and the how much effort they put in! The hotel has 6 restaurants. Not all were open everyday. 1 day 3 were closed the other 2. VERY disappointing to hear a few guests around the pool saying if you were a friend of this particular guest you can do what ever you want. One had flip flops and shorts and was turned away from the restaurant however this guest told them off and they allowed him to enter for dinner. Rules should be the same for all guest not made for guests with more or less money. This was our honeymoon, and not a single staff member acknowledged it. We later spoke to another guest celebrating their second wedding anniversary, and their concierge had decorated their room with balloons, cakes, and thoughtful touches. That contrast made our experience feel even more disappointing. The bed was comfortable and the room was decent, but overall, the hotel feels outdated and in need of a serious upgrade. While this sounds like a negative post. We did enjoy our stay. Most of the staff really make the stay with the thought and care they put in.

Please do not go to this hotel!! The whole place is run down and falling apart. The smell is dreadful. Not enough beds around the pool. And they reserve beds for the presidential sweet rooms ! Can not go on the beach with the smell of the weed in the sea. The food is dreadful. The manger has such a bad attitude. The stair wells are dirty. The bed was clean. The bath had no enamel on , air conditioning unit leaking out on the floor. Outside chairs so dirty with bird poo. It is nothing like the beautiful website. We stayed one night and had to leave. I really do not know who is filling the trip advisor with good reviews but it’s dreadful.

This is our third time at this resort. We were there for my husband’s birthday, and it was excellent, as usual! The food was great, and, most of the time, the service was great! This time, from the entertainment team, we really enjoyed Alexa and Roberto! Alexa was great for conversation, games, and info! Roberto was so entertaining by the pool, and he handled some negative people with class during entertainment at night!

Great time, even with the beach full of sawgrass.
Simply had a blast, clean room, good food, nice clean pool. Great service, great staff. We went to the spa twice, awesome.

Amazing beachside vacation spot
This was such an amazing trip! We loved spending time by the beach and pool and we really enjoyed the unlimited delicious food
