The place was amazing! Great restaurants, great staff and a really cool kids club that does so much for the kids! My daughter went treasure hunting, went to all the dance parties that are for the whole family got face painting and she loved hanging out with Carolina and the rest of the kids club staff. Very cool place! I’m giving it a 4 star because the pool food could be fresher and some restaurants didnt have AC so it was hard to enjoy dinner. Special shout out to Noe the pool bartender as well, he was very attentive and quick.

LOVED!!!!!!!!! The aquafit sessions, very energetic, professional instructors. Great energy and loved every minute. The pool was clean and nice. George & Luis were very great, the resort, food, the drinks were spectacular. I enjoyed it.

Aqua fit fun!
Amazing fun experience of the aqua fit class today! Definitely recommend to join in! Luis was amazing and made us feel welcome! Honeymoon trip made fun with the pool activities and swim up bar making our full experience memorable! Will definitely be in the pool for aqua fit again!

Amazing Experience
My family and I visited the resort for a family vacation and also to celebrate my sister’s birthday. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Josefat made our experience the best it could be! He made the absolute best drinks! We would take the time to find him and his cart just so he could make our drinks. He also was so kind to have a cake made for my sisters birthday and bracelets for us! 10/10 for Josefat!!! Alejandro was great with our check in and telling us all we needed to know about the resort. Alfredo and Manuel made great drinks in the bar on the 3rd floor. Agave and Hunter had great food and service!

Ask for Orlando as your butler
Our butler, Orlando, was the best butler we've ever had. If we had any questions or problems, Orlando would have it fixed immediately. Orlando was super friendly and provided the best service around. Moises at Grazie for lunch and Carlos at Hunter for dinner were the best waiters we had while we were there.
