May 13, 2025Secrets Merima: our go to resort
By far this is the most incredible resort in Mexico. We stayed in building 26, our concierge was Roger. Being in the preferred club was great as he literally took care of anything we needed - he was truly fantastic!!! The food was superb, all the restaurants were outstanding and no long wait. The beach was majestic and they keep it clean and pick up seaweed daily. Room service was impeccable. The entertainment was impressive as well. This is now our go to resort!

Wonderfull trip to the Riviera Maya!
We had a wonderfull trip Secrets Maroma! Every morning we got schedule events and Guillermo our concierge arranged a reservation and a great Birthday celebration for me. Our maid Elvia did a great job in cleaning our room and the bar was always kept full by Efrein.

We stayed at Secrets Maroma for our honeymoon. It was an incredible experience from the time we arrived until the time we left. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our concierge, Antonio, was phenomenal, making sure all of our needs were met everyday. The house keeping service came in every morning and evening to tidy up our room and did a great job. Every waiter / bartender was very friendly. Manuel was one of many that we encountered. So many activities to choose from every day. The food and drinks were all great. Room service was great to have for a late night snack or a meal during the day. I would definitely recommend Secrets Maroma to anyone! It was a wonderful experience and we are hoping to go back again sometime!

Marcelo is amazing!
Marcelo our concierge has been absolutely incredible. He has checked in on us multiple times a day and has been wonderful He has been So Helpful the entire trip and decorated our room for our anniversary. He has made our stay one of the most memorable experiences! Thank you so much Marcelo! We will absolutely be back to maroma and hope he is our concierge every time! An exceptional experience in April 2025 at the amazing Secrets Resort—every moment felt like a dream. Highly recommended
We had a wonderful vacation for the second time at Secrets Maroma. We stayed between April 13th and 30th, 2025. The weather was excellent, with only one day of brief rain lasting an hour. The temperature of the sea water and the pool was excellent throughout our stay. It's difficult to recount all our wonderful moments; you have to experience them on-site. We spent 17 days there, just as enchanting as last year, and even more so. In our opinion, this hotel is special, where the staff at all levels strive to make people happy, regardless of their requests. We will keep a special memory for those we worked with regularly: Rebecca at the front desk, who greeted us upon our arrival at the hotel. She was efficient and friendly, answered our questions well and put us at ease. Thank you to Heriberto Alba, our concierge in building 23, who met our needs so well. A special mention goes to the concierge of building 24, Francia Torres, who was cheerful, attentive, and ready to help every time we encountered her. The artistic activities, shows, and themed events at Secrets were masterfully led by the entertainment team supervisor, Hector Monte de Oca. He was the driving force and the fire of the activities. We always appreciated the relaxed atmosphere in which these festive activities took place. We highly recommend his latest show, "El Canto." Rodrigo Chavez, the supervisor of the buffets and BBQs at the pool and beach. Very courteous and warm, Rodrigo was everywhere at all times. We couldn't miss him because he ensured the smooth running of the activities with a big heart. Several times, he inquired if we had everything we needed. If anything was missing, he made sure it was provided for us promptly. Rodrigo is a precious gem to discover! The beach and pool concierges, Hugo Cruz and his supervisor Brandon, are always ready to meet our needs with a smile and thoughtfulness. Hugo recently joined the team in November 2024. With his enthusiasm and desire to serve the customer, in time, Hugo could easily take over the concierge service of one of the residential buildings. We hope so because it was a pleasure to work with him. Thank you to the pool servers Catalina and Marvin who took care of our drinks with kindness and efficiency. Don't miss the best pizza in the Caribbean prepared by Chef Luis, a true chef who knows how to make authentic pizzas in a wood-fired oven. He can customize it however you like. Berenice, our angel at the breakfast and lunch buffet, who took care of us with empathy and concern for our well-being, as if we were members of her family. Thank you Berenice, on behalf of all the guests at Secrets who had the chance to meet you! The buffet servers, the very friendly Roberto, and his equally attentive colleagues like Freddy, Lucio, Jose Maria, Jose, Yulmar, Valduin, Nestor, Sara, and others whose names we hadn't noted, served us with great attention and kindness. We wish them a long life with Secrets Maroma! With their service and kind attitude, they honor their homeland in front of customers of other nationalities. A big thank you also to Rebeca at the hotplate at the buffet. She masters her technique for making perfectly fried eggs. Enjoy and don't miss the chocolate treats and coffees lovingly prepared by Alejandro at Coco Café, open 24 hours a day. We highly recommend the Mexican restaurant El Patio. We were served there by Brenda, a young and adorable waitress who won us over with her delicacy and smile. Brenda was very knowledgeable about the menu, and by following her recommendations, we were delighted by the quality and presentation of the dishes she served us. Thanks also to Veronica, who was always nearby. The work of our maid, Dora, and Adrian's attention to the minibar made our stay very pleasant. A big thank you to both of them. Room service at Secrets Maroma is particularly efficient and very pleasant. The quality of the food is excellent. In short, if you haven't already tried it, we recommend you experience a stay at Secrets Maroma Beach at least once in your life. Adriana & Eric
