This resort and experience blew every other all inclusive experience we have had out of the water. The resort is spotless and SO beautifully and thoughtfully designed. The food is truly immaculate and DELICIOUS (head and shoulders above other secrets resorts!), and the best is the staff. The pool staff went above and beyond to make our days shady & SO relaxing (shoutout to Elias and Daniel, they took SUCH GOOD CARE OF US), and the entertainment staff (specifically: Julio, Sergio, Regina, Jessica & Aranza)- they truly felt like friends and always made us feel SO welcome and like we belonged at every spot we saw them at. We laughed SO hard with them and always felt such a kindness from them. They make this resort so so special and we were so glad we got to meet them. Orlando at Cielo provided us such great service, and Filiberto at the Impressions lobby bar, too! We will be back!

Great experience!
We had the best trip, Christian and Sergio and Ari were amazing and we can’t wait to come back to visit them!! The rooms and atmosphere were amazing. We had great service everywhere we went and loved the food and drinks. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Best vacation ever
Aranza, Miguel, Jessica,Sergio, Gabriela, Felix, Monica, Julio, Daniela from the entertainment team they were amazing, we played pool volley every single day and we really love it. Quirky show is really good, best production. Sushi place is really delicious and we can’t wait for come back

A great 3rd stay!
Our third stay and it was amazing. Special shout out to Orlando and Faride for making us feel like family, welcoming us back! We were so surprised and happy to be recognized! Oscar at the tennis clinic was great! Did a great job keeping it active while catering to many skill levels at once. Aleksandra the concierge was the BEST and helped us get hibachi reservations for our anniversary (third stay and hadn’t ever had the hibachi experience until this trip!!) Jacob and Elias the pool concierges were so attentive. Alfredo the pool server went above and beyond! Thank you to all who made it a great third stay!
