This was our second time staying at a Secrets resort and this has been our favorite! The resort is beautiful and runs so smoothly. The rooms are stunning with amazing views. They keep everything so clean and well stocked. We stayed in the preferred club in building 3 with the most gorgeous ocean view. Our concierge/butlers Eddie and Moises were phenomenal. They made us feel like family immediately. They helped to make every part of our trip amazing! We reserved a bali bed on the beach one day, which I totally recommend. The staff at the Bali beds were amazing!! Alejandro, Ricardo, and Miguel went above and beyond to make our day so memorable and fun! We also got to meet Benny who was wonderful! He brought around cool face towels, kept our sunglasses clean so we didn’t miss any of the beautiful views, and even taught us a little spanish. We also taught him to say “what up yall”. Our favorite restaurant was Seaside. The food was delicious with amazing ocean views and we had such a fun waiter named Eric! We also spent an afternoon at the spa doing the complementary hydrotherapy. We also got a couple’s relaxation massage either Diego & Diana, which has to be one of the best massages I have ever had. We’re getting married here in 2026 and can’t wait to come back to this beautiful place with such amazing staff! We know our friends snd family will love it too!

Raul is the best
Raul was so helpful when we had to arrange transportation and when my friend lost her phone, he was so friendly and patient with us! He was so easy to communicate with and took great care of us. Truly allowed us to not stress and enjoy. Wonderful trip!

Loved the staff!
What stood out the most to me was the customer service! Specially Raul Suazo, who went above and beyond just a concierge. He provided peace of mind, attentiveness, and made my life so much easier! Thank you Raul!! You truly saved my vacation!

The Best Service at Playa Blanca!!
To start off, the service was top notch and beyond expectations! Every single person we came into contact with has friendly and always a smile! To name some of the people who helped us with incomparable service and kindness were Martin and Casandra were our most fabulous butlers-ever!!! They treated us well and graciously and accomodated us with everything that we asked for and all with a smile. Always checking in on us to make sure we were happy. Angel who was our pool concierge was the best! He always checked in on us as well. His service to us was perfect and perfection! Great guy! Benjamin welcomed us and gave us a tour. He was so friendly and accomodating! He was so nice to us and did a wonderful job with our needs! There were others that helped to make our stay at Playa Blanca that I can't remember their names, but every single person that we had contact with was fabulous and friendly! We have never experienced such a high level of service before-we were amazed at this everything at this property! We will definitely be back! Thank you to everyone at Playa Blanca!!

Welcome Home
My wife Barbara and I recently enjoyed our second visit to Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres and we have already booked next year! This resort is beautiful and meticulously cared for in every way. We especially appreciated how every day the entire staff from the gardeners to the waiters, fitness team and management went above and beyond to keep the resort clean and beautiful as it takes a "team effort" to cater to our "every" needs. We would like to acknowledge a few of those who made our experiences so memorable. Thanks to Alexis our waiter at El Patio for his consistent excellent service. Manager Rubin and waiter Odette also deserve our gratitude for their excellent service at the Seaside Grill. Misael, the manger of Himitsu, Jethzel the hostess, and waiters Jorge and Cesar for their excellent service. A snack and coffee served by Josue is a must at the Coco Cafe. Every morning Daniel, the manager of the Market Cafe, and his well trained team greeted us with welcome smiles and great service. It was a wonderful way to start our day. We would like to thank Anahi for always taking such good care of all the equipment in the Gym. We also want to thank our housekeeper Virginia for always leaving our room spotless and looking like a promotional photo for the rooms at our resort. Finally we want to thank the "glue" that holds the resort together, Chef of Entertainment Julio and his Entertainment Team Erika, Raquel, Jonas, Santiago, Celeste, Carlos, Laila, Elizabeth and DJ Christian, who every day and evening put an energized effort into making sure you enjoy your time at the resort. From morning Yoga classes, Aqua Spinning, Volleyball to spectacular evening shows and live performances.There is something for everyone…. or nothing but relaxing on your beach or pool chair. A visit to this resort will be memorable as you are "Welcomed Home" on your arrival. All you have to do is ask and they will address any issue you have.
