DO NOT JOIN! And especially don’t use the unlimited sharing feature. Yes, your friends get your rate but they have to sit through a two hour presentation and are given nothing in discounts. Even when you request compensation, they do not give them squat. You get a free night. that’s a trrrible way to treat your friends. They even told them that they would have to Pay $400 if they didn’t go to the presentation. What? Makes no difference if you complain. It’s not happening. We will NEVER refer another couple to UVC. SO DISAPPOINTING.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at Secrets Tides Punta Cana. The service was excellent, and the staff works very hard and it shows. The location is great, and the facilities are beautiful kept. Actually, the resort is more beautiful in person. Frandy from VIP service is exceptional, he went over and beyond for us and we appreciate it! Rossi from housekeeping service was excellent, she cleaned our room very good. Yunior at Mark Cafe is exceptional, he is friendly, welcoming, and always have smile.....he needs a promotion. Everyone at Market Cafe from the hostess, and all waitstaff (Too many to name) was exceptional. The service they provided was excellent and the attention was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the food at Market Cafe, the food their had flavor and seasoning, the other restaurants like oceanic, seaside grill, and Italian restaurants needs improvement with the flavor and seasoning of the food very bland at these restaurants, but loved Market Cafe food. Activities, I would like more adult activities during the day then making jewelry or hat painting. The night time entertainment was okay, the house band needs to switch up their routine and not sound like their singing karaoke. Overall it was an excellent experience and we will definitely return! Thank you Secrets Tide for the excellent service and excellent experience!

Best vacation 2025
Frandy from VIP service this men he is the best since day one he welcome us as first impression we start to feel that we are in the right place.he is the best 👌. Room we have Best housekeeper Rosa she is fantastic work hard to make sure our room is comfortable to us thank you Rosa .Honestly Market Cafe they are doing great job 👏 I like that not easy to accommodate all this people and nothing to complain you're the best .Coco Cafe you're are such great people Anna you're doing great 👍. May 12, 2025Good but food disappointing
Resort is well laid out. Food was hit or miss. I had 1 excellent dinner and most were just ok with a couple i chose not to eat at all. The barefoot grill at lunch was an absolute train wreck. It took 30 minutes to get order and there were only a couple of people in front of us. Keep in mind this is to go food like pizza, burgers etc so we're standing in hot sun. We had access to the food truck at preferred. Unfortunately, if it was crowded, it took at least 30 minutes to get food. We paid for preferred and I was disappointed that the only wine available was their "house" wines of sauvignon blanc, cabernet or tempranillo. Also, the only beer available in restaurants was the Dominican brand el presidente. The liquor choices were very good but I dont think they're available in the restaurants. Cocktails were never offered and they weren't on the menu. Our concierge (Jonathan) was very nice and checked in with us every morning but we really didn't have an occasion to call on him except to have our bags collected when we left. He did surprise us with a beautiful room decoration for our anniversary! Thank you again Jonathan for that. For the most part, staff was very nice. Pool and beach service was the best we've ever had at an all inclusive. Our favorite place was the coffee shop! It had "real" espresso drinks!
