Nov 08, 2025Bad experience at Secrect Tides Punta Cana
The Concierge will tell you wrong information about pricing for spa then after you will receive a higher invoice. Probably because the get money for referral of spa. Make sure you get all your charges before leaving the hotel. Preferred bookings is a joke the only thing you receive is a butler, who has so many people and may be too busy to help you when needed. The food at all restaurants were terrible, breakfast buffet was the best and the food truck wings by the pool.

An incredible location for our honeymoon! Secrets Tides Punta Cana is one of the most beautiful resorts I have ever stayed in. The grounds were exceptionally clean and very sleek, with lots of lush foliage that made it feel like a jungle oasis. Compared to other all-inclusive resorts I have stayed at, the beach was exceptional. Staff were incredible, and there was good food and activity variety. I would absolutely stay at this or other Secrets resorts!

Superb
This hotel was amazing, clean modern and everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. We celebrated our son’s 30th birthday and they could not do enough to make this day more special. The staff were genuinely happy and nothing was too much trouble for them. The bar staff were extremely helpful, especially when we were unsure what cocktail we would be trying out. We would absolutely recommend this hotel, we are frequent travellers and this hotel was one of the best yet!

Beautiful place beautiful people
This resort holds a special place in my heart. The breathtaking views is something I can’t unsee. The attention to detail in the grounds , restaurants and rooms make for a cozy and relaxing vibe. The staff was very attentive and warm. I’d like to mention a few that deserve recognition. Jesuri was our butler and made sure our trip was fun , smooth and without worries. He put together so many wonderful ideas for us and executed all of them. Memorable ! Alexis by the pool always made sure we had what we needed. Juan at the bar thanks for our signature drinks Amaury at el patio always brought the smiles and fun. We were in the preferred club and all speciality perks were fabulous. Thank you all for making this trip one we won’t forget.
