I had an incredible time at Secrets Wild Orchid in Montego Bay! The resort is beautiful, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the service was exceptional from start to finish. The food was delicious with plenty of variety, and the drinks never stopped flowing. The atmosphere was lively, with great entertainment, dancing, and lots of laughter. I can’t wait to come back!

We stayed at Secrets Wild Orchid with high expectations, but unfortunately the experience didn’t live up to the resort’s reputation. While the grounds are beautiful, the overall service and food quality were disappointing. Room service took over two hours and the order was incorrect. Housekeeping missed picking up food left in the “secret box” for over 18 hours, which attracted bugs that got into the room. There were also loud banging noises during the night and early morning that made it hard to sleep. While a few staff members were kind and helpful, the overall service felt inconsistent. For the price we paid, we expected a much higher level of comfort and attention to detail. Sadly, we left feeling let down and wouldn’t return to this resort.l.

Hotel is old and dated. Room was dirty. Beach was hard rock with a bit of sand on it. Food was good. Some staff were rude. Very small beach. Limited swimming area. Would not go back or recommend.

Secrets Montego Bay Wild Orchid Preferred Stay
Kerry-Ann at the preferred bar was fabulous! She laughed at my corny jokes and made me feel special. Her and Dr. Phil at the piano bar took great care of us. Also, AJ the performer sang so well, I fell in love again. She needs a record deal yesterday! Sasha our beach and pool server was always available and helpful. Jermain and his staff at the Hibachi restaurant and our chef was hilarious! Adia the Butler was very welcoming and helpful even though we didn't have the private service.

Beautiful experience, this is my second stay for a birthday celebration. Enjoyed every minute of it. Can't wait to go back.
