Resort location is good, beautiful beach with blue clear water, has some corals and rocks in the water, so water shoes will improve your experience. Has enough umbrellas and sunbeds on the beach and around swimming pools Resort is rundown and has lack of maintenance We stayed in Sun Club room 8119 - horrible experience. Closet doors is missing and only 4 hangers, A/C barely working, no hot water, hair dryer not working, ceiling light in bathroom not working, sink pup up valve missing and sewer gas smell in bathroom all the time.Huge gaps in the front door. Mini bar was not restock for 3 days. Internet not working , so you cant use the app to book restaurants. If you call from the room no one pick up the phone- Sun club, concierge or front desk. Food is poor quality and there are always queues everywhere. Overpriced 2 star resort.

Jul 05, 2025Worst all inclusive resort experience my family has ever had
Multiple facilities were closed. There was no indoor facilities to go in and cool off while getting a drink. The service was terrible and did nothing about any of our complaints. We had 3 king suites and only one of them actually had a king bed. My room at 1 double. Another had 2 doubles. The casino attached was extremely outdated. The rooms we ordered with the “garden” view was absolutely terrible. The bars were extremely under staffed with typically only one employee working. Everyone was ordering 4 drinks at a time to avoid going back up. The only swim up bar that we were looking forward to was closed all week.

Best beach for snorkeling
This resort had the best beach we have ever experienced on any resort. The rocky barrier created an incredible artificial reef with an impressive variety of fish. More parrotfish than I've ever seen and a large school of fish that patrolled back and forth along the wall. We even got to see some fish that we've never seen before. Snorkeling and underwater photography here was phenomenal. The best snorkeling we've ever had from just walking straight in off the beach. The sand was clean and soft and there were a lot of great spots to get chairs and shade. My only critique would be that some of the rooms and common areas are in need of renovation and the buffet was not the best. But we would visit this resort again for the amazing beach experience.

Amazing beach and really friendly Entertainment staff who made activities for kids very fun. Good amenities and convenient location.
