Wouldn't recommend
False advertisement. Many things closed. Very expensive. Too many things were closed. Things change each day and when you think something is open, its not. Alot of walking, to find out closed then. Staff doesn't solve problems, just refer to someone else or come back. Went to front desk 5 times and nothing resolved.

An amazing place but a bad experience.
Great place to visit but i had a bad experience. The park was clean the beach was clean. The place is massive and only had a couple rides that were out of service. But my room was filled with tiny bugs. I seen them when I checked in and told room service. I didn't see them again until the following day

Disappointed.
We were disappointed this time around. We had many issues with the reservation portion, casino, the room had issues like the refrigerator, AC, and Ants. We stayed at the Atlantis last month in Aug and it was outstanding but this time it was not. When its the off season they really let themselves go.

Send help ! We are still stuck here !
Where to start - we arrived 9/29 and are still here now until 10/3 . I currently am awake bc I am over exhausted from my stay here , we just moved out family of 4 from the coral to the royal after being denied the day before , I asked the from desk of both hotels to move us bc the were NO AMENITIES available at coral , the pool is now closed for the month as of yesterday and there are absolutely NO food options here . Our only choice was to pack our kids up for the day and head to the far end of the resort for food / water and pool / beach - and for that we were charged handsomely plus walking all over the property to find food and water will make you more hungry and tired , it felt like we were foraging for food on a camping trip that was insanely expensive. I can’t wait to leave bc this us costing a fortune just to survive in this place - the have you over a barrel and it feels like we are being held hostage and forced to keep spending bc we have no choices , so much is closed here , even half the bathrooms are closed so if you have little ones that can’t walk half a mile to a bathroom they gotta go outside , much like camping . We have traveled all over the Caribbean mostly in all inclusives , nice ones , I don’t not see any value in staying here - you can stay in other places very similar bc don’t forget , where half the amenities you pay for are closed what’s the point ! Go stay where everything is open

Don't go in September...nearly all restaurants closed and half the staff is checked out mentally.
Don't go in September. The discount didn't make up for the mediocre overall experience. Half the restaurants were closed on Tuesday night...not even the pizza place was open for a quick dinner. Half the staff was mentally checked out and clearly knew that gratuity was automatically added to a check. The waitress at Murray's on Tuesday morning for breakfast was by far the worse. I wish I could have removed the automatic gratuity. Disappointing overall trip.
