We have had the most incredible time at Zoetry. This resort offers such a relaxing experience with wonderful and personable staff. We felt so very taken care of. From the pool staff to the restaurant we wanted for nothing. Towels, drinks and food on delivery. Adjustment of umbrellas and chairs to your liking. It’s too notch service with a smile. Erik at the pool made us laugh on the daily. He was wonderful and very attentive. The resort is beautiful with teak chairs set up overlooking the beach and ocean. The water is a beautiful light blue fading into deep blue. The surf is not safe for swimming if that’s your thing. They had a gorgeous pool with swim up bar. A hot tub for the evening and many activities throughout the day like cooking classes and wine tasting. It was a joyful and relaxing 5 days.

Fabulous, luxurious quiet resort - Zoetry Casa del Mar Los Cabos
I absolutely love this resort ! The entire staff from the Manager to every single employee is so nice. I've been here four times since 2022 so they know me now! I absolutley love this quiet, ultra luxurious resort. The E-team is small but very nice ...Jaime is wonderful - he had a baby bird he was taking care of - just an example of how kind he is! Last time I was there, we went on the art walk with Jaime and that was lots of fun. They had finger painting, crafting, bingo, cooking classes - (inside the bar area for cooking), all kinds of cool activities pool side from the E-team - I encourage you to participate in the activities plus morning yoga! Lovely. Marco was so proud of the Mexican dance/entertainment that he said was put together by all of their own staff- it's done on Friday night with the Mexican theme night. There was a Brazilian night down at the ocean area restaurant that was really great. They came around with various meats and the grilled pineapple was to die for! All of the wait staff are so attentive and caring - Elizabeth, the assistant f&b director came down to say hi - I met her when she was a hostess in 2023! Maria in the gift shop remembered my friend from last October - they had a long talk last time we were there- she is very friendly. Jesus and I think his name was Clemente helped us with Netflix in our room. Jesus had spent 8 years in Chicago and had excellent English and more of a "Yank" accent! They were very friendly and helped us out. In the bar, I taught the bartender, Alberto, how to make a mint julip for the Kentucky Derby! He was so friendly and made a great anything with Makers Mark which I was glad to see that they carried. (So many resorts don't carry good bourbon and they do at Zoetry!) I did a sunset sailboat cruise arranged by Amstar last time and it was really great. Nelly, has been our check in concierge and she is WONDERFUL. When I arrived I had a bad cold and I really needed our requested two separate beds. She was very accommodating. The rooms are big and gorgeous. Arthur is also very helpful with concierge. I had an amazing massage with Julia - she used all kinds of hot towels/compresses and was very caring - she let me know to tell her if she was using too much pressure - she found areas I didn't know hurt and got the kinks out! I loved the spa with the luxurious hot tub - I don't always like steam saunas but theirs was just the right temperature! I can't remember everyone's name - but gosh - they are all wonderful! If you love great food, luxurious and quiet accommodations with stunning landscaping and a big variety of pools, this is your place! Thank you to everyone at Zoetry Los Cabos for a wonderful vacation - I can't wait to return!

Staff service & friendliness
Overall an outstanding vacation at a great property! Alberto N & Erik (at the pool) took care of us each and everyday! Exceptional service from both! Alberto (sommelier) was great with champagne & mezcal recommendations. Terrific service!

Amazing as always
Jaime was a great host! I have been coming here since I was very little and have never been disappointed. Will always recommend Casa Del Mar no matter who owns it at the time. Pickleball, painting, wine tasting and so much more. The day pass is very much so worth it if you are visiting as an owner.

The resort was fantastic. Had a nice fitness area. The service was incredible. Erick at the beach and pool was incredibly attentive and took great care of us when we were lounging around. It was a great 4 day stay wish it could have been longer.
