    Lovely staff at the Breezes restaurant!

    The Breezes restaurant staff are the best part of the hotel. Friendly and welcoming, everyone Jeanine, Sahily, Server ( from Hatia) were all such lovely people. Thank you for the birthday wishes and ice-cream! Pancakes are the best!! Order them!

    Amazing

    Wendy at the front desk is absolutely amazing and truly saved me in ways she doesn’t even know. I went to another hotel and within the hour knew I couldn’t stay there and immediately came here, where I was greeted with genuine kindness. Without a doubt I’ll be staying here EVERY TIME, I come to Fort Lauderdale. I really hope management sees this and recognizes what a STAR employee Wendy is and that she is appreciated. Wendy, keep being that ray of sunshine for all you come in contact with, we need more of you in the world!!!

    Greatest beach experience ever!

    Coming from Oregon, our trip already had its ups and downs. When we got to the hotel all me and my husband wanted to do was relax. We got antsy and decided to go check out the beach, and oh, am I glad I did. We were immediately approached by Jonathan and he helped get us set up under an umbrella. He made sure we were taken care of the entire afternoon!

    Great chair rental

    Rented chairs and an umbrella on a busy holiday weekend. Trevor was amazing. He got us set up and made sure we had an umbrella as soon as one was available. We had a lovely set up, and we hope to see Trevor again when we are out for a lovely afternoon near the water.

    Would never stay here

    Don’t bother. They are closing this hotel down in October and it shows. Check in was said to be 4:00 and they still didn’t have the room ready at 5:00. I would rather have stayed at a campground. Staff was rude and couldn’t care less. DONT STAY HERE!
