  Disappointed Premier Member Experience at Temptation Resort

  As a Premier member, I expected a level of service and comfort that reflects the investment I’ve made into this brand—but unfortunately, my recent stay at Temptation Resort left me deeply disappointed. To start, it’s incredibly disheartening how Premier members are treated on the property. Rather than feeling like valued guests, we’re often overlooked in favor of constant upselling and pressure to spend more money. Every turn seems to come with a sales pitch—from room upgrades to add-ons and experiences—which makes it feel like the membership itself holds little value once you’re on-site. Another major issue is the lack of comfortable and covered seating at the pool. For a resort of this size and prestige, it’s unacceptable that guests—especially Premier members—have to compete for limited shaded areas. There’s minimal protection from the sun, making it hard to relax for any extended period. What made my stay even more uncomfortable was the overwhelming presence of smoke throughout the property. Hookah, vaping, and cigarette smoking were constant, with very little regulation. As someone sensitive to smoke, it was both exhausting and invasive. There didn’t seem to be any effort to provide smoke-free zones, even in shared public spaces like the pool or lounge areas. When I purchase the membership 3 years ago, Hooka and smoking was not so widely popular on the property, if it was I wouldn’t have purchase the membership. The clientele has drastically change where they are selling membership as discounted to get people in while not providing adequately for the current premier members and also making it nearly impossible to fully enjoy the amenities I came to experience. Overall, I expected much more from a resort that promotes exclusivity and elevated service for its Premier members. Unfortunately, the constant demand for more money, poor planning around guest comfort, and lack of health-conscious policies are major concerns that make it hard to justify a return visit—let alone continued membership. I was utterly disgusted with the butler service that kept telling me to tell them what I need but when I do, they are incapable of doing anything. The check out process was also insulting, they were about to charge me over $600 and when I ask what it was for, I didn’t get an answer but got it reduced to a little over $100 with no explanation as to why the $600 was mentioned. No “thank you” for visiting and hope to see you soon, just nasty attitude. I’ve traveled to so many different countries and I regret getting any membership with Temptations Resort. My husband and I are really reconsidering whether we should ever return. Temptations Resort have become a “CARNIVAL” of the seas and a “SPIRIT” of the skies.

  Can't wait to come back!!

  Azul and Nacho are the DREAM TEAM! Best butler's we have ever had. They helped us with everything we needed and asked for. Nacho even brought us scissors from the front desk so we could cut out our glow tattoos and plastic cups when we had a party in our room because we didnt want everyone using the glass ones. It's great staff like these two that keep us coming back! We didnt know about the Friday night show in She until Azul told us about it and I'm so glad she talked us into going because we had a blast with our friends!! If you haven't been here yet and are on the fence, just book it! You will love this place! This was our 5th trip here and this place is worth every penny! We come back home refreshed and it really helps us reconnect with each other again. Its like our honeymoon all over again. We've been married for 11 years and have 2 kids so we tend to fall in those normal day to day ruts and routines that sometimes make us feel like roommates instead of husband and wife. Going to Temptation really puts that spice back into our marriage and we are already planning trip #6 for this fall! They playmakers are gorgeous, the staff is incredible, the theme nights are sexy and fun, the entertainment is better than Vegas, and we have never had to worry about our safety ever. They treat us like family from the second we are picked up at the airport.

  Worth it for the money

  Can’t turn them down, definitely straight up 5 stars. The room was super clean and neat. The foods and drinks are so delicious. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Especially, the entertainments are awesome, Diego & Arrrita MC super friendly, they always try to make a lot of fun. If you like party, this is your choice of property. If you like quiet and relax, this is NOT for you. The party from 12:00pm noon all the ways until 2:00am. There are armed security patrols on day time by the beach, feel very safe. Willing to recommend.

  Stay away bad customer service

  This place is overrated. You get average food and you pay top money for it. Not to mention the servers they are the worst as they try to bully you to give them a 20%+ gratuity. For a crappie service. I was so disappointed and will definitely not be going back.

  First Timers

  As first-timers, Temptations did not disappoint. We stayed in a Bash Tower room 5213, it was a great room and would definitely stay in the tower again. Check-in was fast and easy after we met our butler, Shadia. Shadia was fantastic and helped plan out our nights and booked everything we needed. Ivan was also part of our butler staff and he was fantastic as well. We ended up doing 2 tantric spa treatments, Leo and Jessiqua were the massage therapists and went above and beyond our expectations. Leo hit all the right spots with my wife and Jessiqua was equally amazing. Quira helped us in the spa as well, she was a great help and checked up on us in the sauna and cold plunge. Giovanni at the sexy pool made sure our glasses were always full and provided great service all the time. Sutra was our favorite restaurant, the sexy dinner/show was fantastic and highly recommended. The playmakers at the sexy pool and night parties are all amazing and keep the party going all day/night. The theme nights were super fun, and I would recommend participating in all the activities. Saul was a great bar tender at Sky 3.2. The best part about this place is everyone is there to have a great time, relax and make new friends. If you are on the fence, go check it out, you will not be disappointed.
