  Five star fun!

  Fabulous vacation…again!! So many things to review so give me a moment and let me try to make sure I hit everything!! Check-in: I will say, we are beneficiary members, so we went to the Premier desk and things rolled thru quickly. I will say, for being a premier “member”, they still put us on the 2nd floor in the tower and truthfully, those rooms can’t see much action below, so we were bummed. Premier staff: Bianca is our favorite. She’s the sweetest lil thing and always remembers us. Breakfast: We chose to only enjoy breakfast at the buffet (could have gone to Sea Flirt if we wanted) and we were always greeted by the happiest, most eager staff. The ladies cooking omelettes were fantastic. (Sorry I didn’t get their names). Aldo and Francisco were our favorite waiters, but we never had a bad one. They were all great! And did you know you can order hard alcoholic drinks at breakfast?!? Even though the bars aren’t open at 9am…you can start at breakfast!! Massages at the Spa: The spa staff are very professional and smiley which is always warm and inviting. I loved the circuit of sauna, cold plunge, steam room, and jacuzzi. Diana booked a couple of my massages for me and she rocked!! Alberto and Javier gave me my massages and I would ask for them time and time again-so so so so great at what they do!!! Bartenders at Bash and the upper pool bar (Sky 3.5)-David, Elias, and Carlos were great. Always attentive. Food at the Skybar was always top notch. Not sure if it’s a hidden secret or what, but we LOVE the lunch options up there every visit. The Bash ladies are hit and miss most trips, but this time they really did a great job at being consistent and coming back for more refills! Katy was our favorite!! We ate at Sutra twice in our five day trip and they just have amazing food. To accommodate our large group of 10, they brought a few sampler platters with a variety of sushi for everyone along with other food items. Favorite waiters were Juan, Nestor, and Santos. Romanza celebrated my birthday for me and brought me a happy birthday plate for dessert and sang to me. So thoughtful. Food was really great. I recommend the chicken Parmesan! Waiter shoutout for Mauricio! Fredy the bartender was awesome!!! We saw him at Score and at Romanza and he had a great memory of our drinks, amazing personality, and created a fun atmosphere for us at Score. I really wish they’d utilize that bar for more!! Karla at the coffee bar kept things rolling. That place is so needed every morning…and evening for a quick shot of espresso. Love it!! We did not go to She this time so I have no opinion. Gerry at the Premier bar went above and beyond!!! I can’t recommend banana coladas enough and they’re always best with fresh bananas, so what did he do? Sent another bartender to go grab some fresh bananas for me and my drinks. Just always a great smile and attitude! If Temptation could add two things….better lightning in the Tower room bathrooms! And, full body mirrors is the main lobby bathroom. During Bash when you use the bathroom and then need to readjust your costumes, it would be so helpful to have a big mirror to look in!! The music at Bash was fine. A little repetitive, but overall, good. The crowd seemed a little quieter this time around and didn’t dance quite as much, but we had fun. They used to do a game before the entertainment would start and divide everyone into four groups, but this time they simply did karaoke a couple nights and that’s it. I always like a little more activity as we sit and wait at night. Pool entertainment and playmakers always bring their best attitudes and energy. They keep the party going and I love it!! Will we be back again?? Not soon enough😉 Can’t wait to return!!!

  Not to our liking

  Once my sister and I got to the resort we didn't like it as much as we thought we would after walking around and checking things out . Found the resort was not to our liking, the 1st night we could not get the air condition to work properly and we slept with the balcony doors open all night even after maintenance was called . There was construction going on right outside our room until after 630 pm on the 1st night. the hotel was notified and moved us even further back in the hotel . we were put in the old part of the hotel were we had to walk up ramps and walk down stairs instead of taking an elevator .

  Temptation Cancun Resort is the best resort ever. We have been there many times, it is our home away from home. The Playmakers make the experience special. Our Premier bartenders are the best. We love our waiters in the restaurants, always ready to take care of our needs. Our rooms are comfortable and clean. I just can't say enough, to try it for yourself.

  Good fun, but resort needs a refurbishment

  We stayed for 8 nights at Temptations and really enjoyed the entertainment, food and especially the staff. The play makers were high energy and even though it was busy we did not have to wait for food or drinks during our stay. The only thing we felt let down the resort is that it is in need of a refurbishment, faded and damage items in our room that just needed some basic maintenance.

  AMAZING

  My boyfriend and myself came here for a 10 day vacation and I must say the experience is unmatched. Everything from the entertainment/parties to the food was great. We hope to be back at the end of the year and see our favourite playmakers. (Samantha, lady beta, arrita, maluma, cowboy Charlie, pretty boy, Andy, Diego, baby mango, and so many more. They were all great and made our experience the best possible.
