Evening reception is back and they are now serving drinks. Hotel has expanded the hours to allow for a safer environment (no large gathering) and to allow guests to redeem their drink coupons during a longer timeframe.  Each registered guest will receive 2 drink coupons per day upon check-in.     Beyond happy and satisfied in Paradise.

    At the Waikiki Hilton Embassy Suites, our experience was that everything was excellent, the food, our suite, Service and Staff. Everyone here was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was well maintained and easy to navigate. The location was perfectly centered close to the best of Waikiki shops and restaurants. I really felt the Aloha spirit here. Mahalo!

    Dated. Front desk issues.

    Location decent but building really showing age. Rooms are extremely small. Best part of stay was valet, 50 a day but car comes fast. The older Hawaiian lady at front desk on check out should perhaps choose profession not in hospitality. Hotel not full when we visited but she denied even small checkout request and did not do this pleasantly.

    FIVE STAR'S Stay-- Aloha Spirit is alive and well at Embassy Suites Waikiki!

    A BIG THANK YOU Shout out to the entire staff and honorable mentions to front desk agent Cindy Qiane for her warmth at check-in making sure we were all set up with the perks that were included for a smooth check in experience with the genuine spirit of Aloha. Friendly and efficient Executive housekeeper Carolyn Shane had her team making sure our busy room was stocked with all of the room amenities and cleaned up our room well. Grand lanai bartendress Maile has that fun and outgoing personality to chat and share with her of our day & evenings happening comfortably. Bell attendants, Kawika and Ken and David? Was quick and friendly even though we had four full carts of things to pick up. The breakfast egg omelet chefs were amicable flipping and sautéing our customed made cravings. Thank you all taking very good care of my family and I from beginning to end of a well-deserved long weekend getaway. Dates: November 15th to 18th 2024. FIVE STAR'S EXPERIENCE ALL THE WAY!!

    Efficient Staff and Great Location

    We stayed 7 nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Embassy Suites Waikiki Beachwalk. Our check in was very efficient. Erick at the front desk was very conscientious. We changed rooms, as our original room had no balcony. We really appreciated Erick working with us to find suitable room. We were also very impressed by the efficiency of the happy hour and breakfast staff. There was very little standing in line time. They really have it down to the last detail. Both happy hour and breakfast staff were friendly and engaging. We enjoyed our time by the pool, especially our one day with the cabana. We were afraid that it was going to be crowded and guests would be playing th “put the towel in the lounger at 6:00 AM” game, but there was no need. There were plenty of loungers available. The location of the hotel, as mentioned, is perfect. You are literally steps from just about everything in Waikiki. I am a Marriott lifetime Titanium, and my wife is a Hilton Diamond. The differences that I found between the two brands were the fact that Titaniums get better upgrades and later requested late checkouts. Hilton still seems to be a bit chincey in that respect. We were given a one o’clock checkout, but I’m used to having a more generous late checkout with Marriott. Overall, the stay was fantastic, and we’ll make this an annual event for us.

    Class Reunion event enjoyable moments and cherished memories

    Enjoyed the overall Hospitality experience ! True Aloha Spirit would revisit Again!!! Staff Very Friendly and So helpful. So much food to choose from all very delicious. My room was so comfortable and spacious relaxed like i was at home safe and sound, Thank you Thank you Thank you......
