Jun 25, 2025Disappointed Conrad experience
Our reservation for early next year was cancelled due to property enhancement project, which was disappointing as we had already made various plans for the trip. But even more disappointing was the snarky email response from their reservation agent. Yes the reservation was made with Hilton points and not cash, but never would I have thought Hilton Diamond members would be treated this way at a Conrad property, or any luxury hotel in this category.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE
We were at the Conrad Bora Bora Nui Resort for 6 nights and it was AMAZIING ! Everything went smooth from the beginning of our stay to the end. We were in an overwater bungalow to celebrate our honeymoon and it was beyond our expectation. Special thanks to Bozek who went above and beyond our needs for this trip. A beautiful person with a touch of sassiness that we LOVE. Thank you to Esmiralda (Concierge) and Paul (front desk) who were so nice with us. We are planning to come back in 2 years with hopefully a baby! Mauruuru roa to all.

This is our second time and it far exceeded our expectations!
This is a review of our stay for the 2nd year in a row at the Conrad Bora Bora Nui. We had a really wonderful experience the first time that we decided to come back again. And this time, our experience far exceeded our expectation! The resort was as beautiful and as well maintained as we remembered the first time. We mentioned that we were celebrating both our daughter's and son's birthday on this trip and they went above and beyond to give us the best surprise. Our room was upgraded to an overwater villa with an amazing view of Mount Otemanu. Our kids were also gifted with a lovely cake, Conrad Bora Bora plushies and many more goodies. It was such a beautiful surprise from the management and it really made our stay very very special. Thank you to Vaihere Pierre, who has always been very helpful with our reservations/requests even before our actual stay. Making sure the whole experience for us was as seamless as possible. Thank you to Manate and the breakfast crew at Iriatai restaurant. They were always attentive to our needs and their warmth welcome always made our breakfast every morning extra special. Thank you to Elna from the kid's club who was really great at taking care of our kids, keeping them entertained. And to Ricky who was also an amazing staff. Thank you to Moè, one of the concierge and my daughter's favorite staff. Her personal touch of ensuring we have everything we needed and for having a special connection with our daughter, we greatly appreciate it. A very special thank you to Ms. Dian, our lovely host for our stay. She was such an incredible host, made us feel very special from the moment we checked in until our departure. She was very attentive and went above and beyond with addressing our needs. You could really see that she's passionate at what she does. She went the extra mile to make sure we had the best time. Lastly , we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Ms. Marine Poirel, the Resort Manager, for her warm hospitality and for making this incredible experience possible for us. Kudos to her for having such an amazing team. We also want to share that Mr. Godin, the friendly General Manager was always around the property, directly interacting with the guests and the staff. It's definitely nice to see a leader accessible to his team from all levels. We didn't know who he was at first, we asked him where we could get tennis rackets and he gladly went out of his way to find out. What a humble and incredible gentleman! Our stay was just absolutely a luxurious, five star experience that far exceeded our expectations, thanks to all the wonderful staff that made it one of a kind trip. Amazing Conrad
What an amazing stay at this resort !!! Quiet and private resort , with an authentic Polynesian experience , and with warm personalized service at every level. Amazing food options. And the rooms are airy with excellent views !! I Cannot recommend this resort enough

The Banyan Restaurant will close temporarily (Feb 9–Apr 5, 2025), and Hina Spa will relocate from (Jan 6–Mar 6, 2025). Key resort facilities will remain open, and disruptions will be minimal.
