What can I say visiting bora bora has been a dream on mine for a while and staying at the Conrad didn’t disappoint. This hotel alone with the staff is amazing. Water around hotel is nice and clean, our room had a nice pool with a beautiful ocean and other water bungalows view. Plenty of activities to do including bikes, paddle boards, kayaks or tours to main island, jets ski, etc. Already recommended this place to friends and we can’t wait to visit again

The first place Im starting off at this review is with the Marvelous customer service from the staff that I was there. Nela was awesome and unforgettable. It was really noticeable how she would complete her job tasks with such enthusiasm in terms of her sassy mannerisms. Whether it was just sweeping the floor in front of the main restaurant, Iriatai or just changing the towels in the restaurant's bathroom. Ms. Thang would complete it with such vivacity, rhythm and energy that would make a NYer jealous. The Beautiful Laura would greet us at the same restaurant and vivacious mile and personality and serve us our meals. Such exquisite beauty that befits the Conrad brand with equal service to match. Benjamin was both charming and energetic with the way he played ukulele as we left. Jean Claude was also awesome when he came through for us with his Tahitian Uber Service.I Also wanted to give a big shot out to the maintenance guy that would come by to my room. We had some issues with the Wi-Fi where he had to go up into the attic to replace the box. His name started with an M and he had a brace on his wrist. I forgot his name. Now that we got the staff out of the way, let's talk about quality. My room was comfortable and as mentioned before, we had some issues with the wi-fi that was eventually fixed. I Cant really complain too much. The overall customer service made up for it. You dont have to worry about sunblock. They have plenty of (sun butter as I affectionately refer to it) by the pool. They have the American Styled Electrical outlets near the bed so you dont have to worry about that unless you are staying on the main island (or other islands). I really enjoyed the wifi and my OWB Balcony. The OWB allows you to step down right into the lagoon. There is a shower there also that you can rinse off after your quick dips. The room type was very fun for just staring up at the stars at night. You can get a clear view right off of your porch and lay back in the chair and just absorb it all. The Wi-Fi was fun and my favorite part because it allowed me to hook up my phone so that I could play my music BOTH inside the Room and Outside on the porch. I actually made some friends with some room neighbors a few Bungalows over due to this. It's definitely a good ice breaker. This gives me some party ideas for the future if I can manage to get my friends to come along next time. The property itself is large and exquisite, has its own spa that I definitely have to check out and give a try next time. It also has its own gym, business center and tennis courts and befits nothing less of what you would expect from the Hilton Portfolio brand. I am most anxious and look forward to saying Iaorana and Manava to Conrad Nui in the future. So until next time and I hope it's soon, Mauruuru and Nana.
Utterly incredible hotel. We were on a round the world trip with our baby and toddler. The family room we had was enormous, the biggest we had stayed in anywhere and they offered an upgrade to a water villa but we didn’t want it with the kids. They have a lovely kids club and park that our toddler enjoyed and they organised an amazing boat trip and flower crowns for the girls. Definitely the hotel to go to with young children.
Excellent Experience! Will be back!
We spent four days here after a 10 day bareboat charter around the islands. The room we had, overwater, with a plunge pool, was terrific. The first day we had some rain and plunge pool was a bit cool, but the following days the pool was warm but refreshing. The ambiance of the room was stunning with an incredible water view. The restaurants were good and we enjoyed the food. We even watched the Superbowl at the pool bar.
Conrad Bora Bora Nui Resort is absolutely one of the most beautiful Resorts on Earth!!!! From the minute the boat drops you off, you are truly entering paradise!! First let me start with the customer service from every single employee you come in contact with. There hospitality is truly above and beyond anything I have ever experienced in any other part of the world!!!! They will go above and beyond to assist you with any needs or questions you have. They remember your name after they meet you for the very first time. If they see you walking the grounds they will greet you with a huge smile and say Good morning Mrs Padilla. We stayed in an over the water panoramic bungalow for a week which was absolutely a dream come true!! Our bungalow was #210. Perfect location for sunsets. The bungalow was huge, and spotless with so much privacy for the adjacent bungalows. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in. The pillows were perfect. The bathroom, showers, tub, every little part was perfect. Room service was quick and delicious. We ate in our deck a few times with the gorgeous views. Jumping into the lagoon from our deck was so amazing. We didn’t want to leave our bungalow. But we did quite a few times. The entire resort is incredible!!! The main pool is out of this world. It’s huge huge huge. Has a swim up bar and a floating restaurant on the side. I can go on and on talking about just how perfect everything is in the resort. The food in all the restaurants is delicious. The presentation amazing. The spa is a must if you want to get pampered with a gorgeous view. My husband and I can’t wait to return in the very near future to the Conrad Bora Nui Resort and will highly recommend this resort to anyone that wants to experience a true 5***** plus resort💗
