Timeshare ripoff
We stayed at Dreams. We have an all adult family. We went to the beach at the sister hotel, Secrets. They tried to sell us on the $50 per room “VIP” timeshare card. After getting 3 different stories from workers, they made us move back to the kid side. They advertise all of the restaurants and pools but you have to pay to have access. This place is priced like a luxury resort but prepare to be harassed and nickel and dimed. It’s not worth the price.

Won’t be going back
For context: we are a late 30s couple who needed a vacay to get away from stressful jobs. We chose Dreams because we read Secrets was a senior citizen center. Secrets is where you should go unless you want to hear children screaming at all hours of the day/night. It was filled with couples of all ages. If you’re looking for a place with cool vibes, go elsewhere. The food at the resorts (both Dreams and Secrets) was bad. We liked the ceviche and tuna tar tar by the pool, and the Sushi place at Secrets. The breakfast at Secrets was OK. The breakfast at the dreams was terrible. The staff was nice but it just looked cheap and gross. I was shocked at how bad the food was. I’ve stayed at all inclusive resorts in Cabo and never felt like the food was gross or questionable. I am disappointed that I paid so much money for an all inclusive that has such bad food as my vacation for the year. When we switched to the Secrets side we ended up paying even more. We decided we had to do that or we were just gonna cancel and lose our money and book elsewhere. Noemi our butler was the highlight of the trip. She helped with reservations and places to dine outside of the resort. She was very attentive and communicative. Diego by the pool at Secrets was absolutely amazing! We sat in his section on the first day and made the mistake of trying other sections for two other days. Again when we went back to his section on day four I was amazed by his constant service, he would recommend new drinks for us to try and would just go above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Armando, Veronica, and two other women who helped with activities each day made our days by the pool at Secrets filled with laughter and smiles! Orlando who makes the crepes was also fantastic. So kind and always had a smile on his face. The sushi restaurant (which is just to-go sushi) was the best food we got. The check in for preferred was great. They also show you a „bar” online which is just a business center with a small bar. Nothing special and no vibe. Was nice to grab another drink in our building at night though. While a bit outdated and typical for large resorts, I was overall happy with the room and how spacious it was. The food was bad though so maybe if you want to just drink your all inclusive and eat elsewhere this is an option for you

Family vaca June ‘25
Love this resort and would definitely come back! Great food at the restaurants ~ we ate at Castaways, Japanese, and Italian. Impeccable service at all with great attention to detail. Plenty of seating around pool (don’t have to go early to reserve spots), pool bar gets a little crowded in the afternoon when all the drinkers are there but a really nice vibe in the morning hours when it’s quieter with relaxing music. So nice to have the Barefoot grill to get food and snacks without having to get dressed and go into a restaurant. They come by frequently to refill drinks, so you are rarely without a cold beverage! Rooms are roomy and clean, beautiful views in front (city) and back (ocean). PV combines my two favorite things, mountains and beach ❤️

Horrid
Absolute HORRID hotel; The management is the worst Ive EVER experienced; We had multiple issues with a VARIETY of different things and the hotel staff did NOTHING to help and especially the hotel lead manager- Hector- was a disgusting human to us. Ive traveled all over the world to different Hyatt's and Ive never experienced such a bad hotel time.
