Jun 27, 2025An amazing dinner experience
We had an Italian dinner at The Grill, this was one of the best experiences we had in the hotel. The food was amazing and not to mention the staff, our waiters, Fátima, Ignacio , and staff member Hector went above and beyond to make sure our experience was unique. I couldn’t be happier with this amazing dinner, I highly recommend making reservations it’s totally worth it!

If you have stayed in any 4 star all inclusive resorts you will know that this place is not even close to a 3 star! It has a motel feel, impossible to book dinners. Mostly everything is closed. Our room was falling apart and dripping water from ceiling. The food is not eatable. Other than the pool and nice beach access, this place is a hoax! People and workers are nice. And there is a nice coffee place.

Great stay
Great stay. Good food, and family entertainment. Gustavo and Samuel was excellent at the Italian restaurant. Kids pool was super helpful keeping our 2 kids busy

More like a MOTEL then a Resort - Pictures are fake
Worst hotel I have ever stayed. All the pictures are not what it seems. I was so disappointed that I left the first night. The room had a moldy smell coming out. The staff the worst customer service I have ever seen, they don't care for the guest specially at the lobby. The place is falling apart. The teen room they have is pretty much broken furniture nothing like you see in the pictures. The furniture you see in the pools so different from the one I actually saw there. One room I stayed dusty dirty, stain sofa bed, toilet did not flush property among other things then I get moved to the other room the shower did not work. I moved to the one next door and OMG what a difference in every aspect.

First and great time in Puerto/Nuevo Vallarta!
Great first time in Mexico! Nuevo Vallarta is a bit of a drive from Puerto Vallarta but it gave us real peace from the noise of the airport/cruise ships in PV and a great time with the beach. We met lots of other great people/couples while here and everyone from the waitstaff (shoutout Ramon!) to the bartenders at the pool (shoutout Jorge!) made this trip awesome.
