Oct 18, 2026The best resort
Everything was excellent from transportation to room service. I love it here so much that it is my 3rd time being here. I became a member I think 5 years ago. Staff is very nice especially Mauricio in the restaurant was above and beyond. I loved his service and the big smile. Hopefully when I come back here again he still will be here. Special thanks to Abimael as well. He is always been there.

5 Stars – Live Aqua Cancun Never Disappoints!
My fifth visit to Live Aqua Cancun (second in 2026) was another amazing experience! It remains the most relaxing resort I've ever visited. The food at every restaurant, including poolside dining, is excellent. The entire resort is spotless, from the rooms and elevators to the gym and common areas. The highlight of this stay was Alejandro from Pool Concierge. His professionalism, attentiveness, and exceptional service made every day by the pool and beach effortless and relaxing. He truly went above and beyond! Live Aqua continues to impress, and Alejandro made this visit especially memorable. Looking forward to visit number six!

An Amazing First Experience at Live Aqua Cancun!
This was our first time visiting Mexico and our first time staying at an all-inclusive resort, and we couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate our anniversary! From the moment we arrived, we had an amazing experience and made some wonderful memories that we will cherish for a long time. We really enjoyed all the activities the resort had to offer, including bracelet making, archery, pool bingo, and music trivia. There was always something fun to do, and we loved being able to relax by the pools, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, and meet some great people who were also vacationing at the resort. The food was another highlight of our stay! The breakfast buffet and sushi bar were excellent, but Sea Corner and Hidden Garden were our two favorite restaurants. Both provided experiences that really stood out and made our vacation even more special. We also want to give a huge shout-out to our butlers, Alan and Eladio. They were incredibly responsive, communicated exceptionally well, answered all of our questions, and offered some fantastic suggestions and recommendations throughout our stay. They truly helped make our anniversary vacation that much more enjoyable. Alan and Eladio, we are so grateful for everything you did for us. Thank you both for making us feel so well taken care of! The entire staff deserves recognition for being so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. A special thank-you to Jonathan, Sergio, and Ariel for helping make our experience so memorable. The people working at this resort really make a difference, and it showed in the way we were treated throughout our visit. Most importantly, this was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary together. We were able to relax, have fun, enjoy great food and drinks, meet new people, and simply enjoy spending time together in a beautiful setting. As first-time visitors to Mexico and the all-inclusive experience, Live Aqua Cancun definitely set the bar high! We left with great memories, and we would absolutely consider coming back. Thank you to the entire Live Aqua Cancun team for making our first experience so special. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and memorable vacation! 🌴❤️
