Sep 03, 2025If you like spending money on garbage, this is your spot
This resort is pure trash. The food is garbage, nothing edible. I don’t think they ever taste their own food. There are legitimately no activities going on at any time. Tried taking out a kayak and was told no as apparently there is only a 1 hour window they can be taken, and that is if the guy “working” is even there. Do t waste your money at this trash heap.

The potential for this place is wonderful. The people and staff were friendly, however there were issues with room service getting the orders correct. We also got more “no’s” than expected for a resort. When we got into our bed, there were stains on the sheets which was concerning. However when we called the front desk, they came up timely and changed the entire bed. They also came back to “reclean” the room. The food was alright, but the Italian restaurant is Italian in name only. We didn’t try the French and decided to eat all evening meals in town which we lived! Again, the people were pleasant, the service was just hit or miss whether we had to ask for things multiple times or corrections. This place has so much potential with a little more leadership and a facelift.

Still at this resort but felt the need to write this review. Resort itself is beautiful, rooms are nice and staff is wonderful. My issue is with absolutely everything else. The food is absolutely horrible and there are not many options. Breakfast was the best meal because you can't screw up breakfast. No buffet dinner and if there is, it is not a really buffet. They have 2 rows of pots set out - that's it. Menus don't reflect the food you are given. At least the room service menu was half decent and most of the time what I ate. Music, not good - basically a Spotify playlist on repeat. No entertainment. They have activities listed during the day but I have yet to see any happen, no nightly shows. Would not recommend.

Good luck
This hotel needs a lot of work. It looks old and ran down and dirty. Top of the balconies had so much black mold. The food was low quality terrible. The preferred club is a scam. One room they gave me the door was so dirty I couldn’t even touch it.
