Excellent resort in Cabo for families and groups. This resort is an exceptional value for Cabo as compared to other area resorts we've been to and/or priced out for this trip. The staff is incredibly friendly across the property, and we had overall excellent experiences at the pools, restaurants, and a day in a cabana rental. The cabana is a 5-star experience, and shout out to Humberto and Manny for making the day great! While here, I recommend spending 1 or 2 days poolside, enjoying the staff-led activities and swim-up bars, or heading to the spa for hydrotherapy (week passes purchasable) or a massage. Then, for the rest of your trip enjoy beautiful Cabo with an excursion, like a sailboat cruise. That will give you the best balance between what this hotel has to offer and the rest of beautiful Cabo. Food at the World Cafe buffet wasn't great, but we enjoyed dinner everywhere else -- Oceana was our personal favorite. For breakfast do room service instead of the buffet. Drinks could be stronger, but being an all-inclusive you can always go back for more. We will be back!

We just got home from Dreams for a 9 day vacation. It was a literal dream. We had grandma, two kids under 4, and my husband and I. If you looking for a family resort this is it! The staff at the Explorer's club made my 3 year old feel so, so special. For the adults, the pool entertainment staff went above and beyond. Mar and Pamela (Medalia) were just wonderful, and made it so much fun! Everyone was great, but those two made our vacation.

Solid all-inclusive for extended family with kids
Good solid all-inclusive experience for extended family with kids under age 10. Resort was full but didn't seem overly crowded at end of August. One main pool with several restaurants to rotate dinners through 3 night / 4 day stay.

Dreamy Views, Delightful People, and a Not-So-Worldly Buffet
I recently stayed at Dreams Los Cabos and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The resort is beautifully situated along the Sea of Cortés, offering stunning ocean views and a peaceful atmosphere. The facilities are top-notch—clean, well-maintained, and designed with a touch of colonial elegance that adds charm to the entire property. From the front desk to the poolside service, everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Food across the resort was excellent. We especially enjoyed the à la carte restaurants, which offered flavorful dishes and great ambiance. However, the “World Café” buffet was a bit of a letdown. Despite its name, the offerings were almost exclusively Mexican cuisine. While the local flavors were delicious, it didn’t quite live up to the promise of international variety. Additionally, vegetarian options were surprisingly limited throughout, which made meals repetitive for anyone avoiding meat. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful surroundings, friendly service, and great food (as long as you're not strictly vegetarian), Dreams Los Cabos is a solid choice.
